Terrible service, I love the pizzas from this chain of stores but this place is a complete and resounding 0 out of 1000. I ordered a Hawaiian pizza with cheese edges and they gave me the pizza with burnt parts, a disproportionate amount of ham and pineapple and no cheese edges. The guy who served me pretended not to understand me and just sprinkled more cheese on top when I complained. He did not give me proof of payment so I suppose they keep the money or eat the pizza themselves and serve customers poorly. I give one star because it is mandatory, otherwise they would not even have the edge. Terrible really, I have wasted my money in a foolish way. They are opportunists.

The wait time is horrible. One man had literally been waiting an hour for 2 pizzas. As you see I put my order in at 6:19 and it was after 7pm when I finally got it....This is ridiculous and so disappointing

These kids are impressive and do their very best to get hundreds of orders out as soon as possible. I’ve seen tens of twenty cars come through while waiting on my pizza. I didn’t mind to wait. The food was going to be amazing and the front desk girl was very patient.

Went to the drive thru for my pickup. I seen a lady washing her hands at the sink. She looked at the window and went in the restroom. Never came to the window to greet me or to say be right back. I waited a few minutes. Seen another girl walk past the window. Same thing no acknowledgment at the window. Few more minutes went by she finally asked about my order. Got my pizza and looked like somebody was mad making it. I even had to recut it when I got home. That wasn’t my first bad experience there either. I won’t be returning. They need to be shutdown!

Never trusting the app again. I placed an order, little Ceasars took my money only for me to get there, and find out they were about to close and couldn't make the order. Had to call my bank to reverse the money back into my account

Do your self a favor and go to another little Caesars or pizza joint. This store is poorly ran, and employees must not be trained to wash their hands after being on phone and handling money before going back to prepare food.

I’ve had my fair share of bad and mediocre experiences at little Caesars in various locations but my latest experience set the bar EXTREMELY low. Once I finally reached the window of the drive through line at the time my order was supposed to be ready (ordered at 5:50 and eta ready time of 6:25) a worker asked me what i ordered, looked confused, asked if I paid already. I confirmed I had as it was an online order. He finally told me they were “waiting on one pizza”. I watched for a full ten minutes as it appeared pizzas went into random places and the man I talked to disappeared and walked around randomly. Finally another employee came to the window and asked how they could help me. I explained I talked to someone TEN minutes ago trying to pick up an order. She asked what I ordered and walked off. She came back 5 minutes later to tell me they were MAKING THE PIZZAS as they went and they still had six minutes left on one of mine.

She seemed to be the only employee who had any idea of what was going on. I do appreciate that it appeared she pulled a fresh pizza to give me with the one that came out of the oven instead of the pizza that had been sitting for over 30 minutes.

Ownership needs to turn online orders off for this location if they do not have the staff to handle it. From ordering to finally leaving with my pizza was an hour.

I pray someone finally opens a papa murphys on this side of town to put some of us out of our misery.

Took over an hour to get that pizza. We called to see if it was done since the app said itd been in the oven for 45 mins and they tell us IT IS DONE. So we go to get it and IT IS NOT DONE AT ALL nothing was done. So we have to wait and i called a second time telling them we need the barcode so to please update the app tracking and they are like “oh the barcode wont matter”… just a bad time ik its a friday but dont tell me its done when its just not like bruh. And they claim to not see my order because it was from so so long ago… bad guys
