Little Caesars Pizza

Go through drive thru for pick up and don’t go inside when they say it’s coming to pull around because 15 minutes standing in the store being ignored. The poor lad at the window seemed to be the only one working and then when one of the 3 people in the back came up to assist. The drive thru are priority so if order is done or grabbing an already made pizza go there because there were 4 other people inside that were ignored while 6 cars went through the line with full attention and service

Nick was nice and respectful. He was working as fast as he could. Looked like he needed other team members help. Also hand washing is important in a food industry. Recommend manager stressing that and upkeep of inside

Lady was very rude who took my order. I had to tell her three times what my order was.

After waiting for 30 minutes, I had to back in to cancel my order and get a refund. The manager had the audacity to have an attitude when their poor service and lack of time management is the problem. During my wait I saw multiple people in and out for issues with their orders. Go to Domino's instead! The pizza is better for the same price and the wait is much shorter!

Terrible service, I love the pizzas from this chain of stores but this place is a complete and resounding 0 out of 1000. I ordered a Hawaiian pizza with cheese edges and they gave me the pizza with burnt parts, a disproportionate amount of ham and pineapple and no cheese edges. The guy who served me pretended not to understand me and just sprinkled more cheese on top when I complained. He did not give me proof of payment so I suppose they keep the money or eat the pizza themselves and serve customers poorly. I give one star because it is mandatory, otherwise they would not even have the edge. Terrible really, I have wasted my money in a foolish way. They are opportunists.

Slow orders. Pizza ready 20 minutes late. Yes pizza looks good, but even when pizza said it was ready was told another 10 minutes.

The wait time is horrible. One man had literally been waiting an hour for 2 pizzas. As you see I put my order in at 6:19 and it was after 7pm when I finally got it....This is ridiculous and so disappointing

Thank you Keko! I would like to shine a light on your outstanding customer service skills. Door dash failed me today in my order allowing it to get stolen by a driver and not do anything about it and you insured my kids had food to eat. I hope your management rewards you for your dedication in customer satisfaction you excelled today, and I am grateful.

This location is chaotic, don’t come to this location.

These kids are impressive and do their very best to get hundreds of orders out as soon as possible. I’ve seen tens of twenty cars come through while waiting on my pizza. I didn’t mind to wait. The food was going to be amazing and the front desk girl was very patient.

Went to the drive thru for my pickup. I seen a lady washing her hands at the sink. She looked at the window and went in the restroom. Never came to the window to greet me or to say be right back. I waited a few minutes. Seen another girl walk past the window. Same thing no acknowledgment at the window. Few more minutes went by she finally asked about my order. Got my pizza and looked like somebody was mad making it. I even had to recut it when I got home. That wasn’t my first bad experience there either. I won’t be returning. They need to be shutdown!

Never trusting the app again. I placed an order, little Ceasars took my money only for me to get there, and find out they were about to close and couldn't make the order. Had to call my bank to reverse the money back into my account

It is supposed my order was ready at 7.00 pm when i went to the store to pick it up, i surprised my order not ready I waited an hour to get it.i picked it at 8.00pm
