I drove by Rikos taco truck in the parking lot of the BP. It wasn't on Yelp yet, so I figured so would give it a try. I ordered 3 street tacos for the wife and a barbacoa torta for myself. The bread was a pretty large oval shape. There was tons of meat, a light layer of mayo and refried beans, a few avocado slices, and lettuce. I tried to go to the race trac across the road on Friday night at about 9 PM but they were closed due to short staff. I drove over to this BP and went inside. It was extremely clean and organized and the lady at the cash register was very kind. Look to be possibly family-owned? I will definitely be going here just to support them.

Best street tacos in town 8.9/10. They give you both red and green sauce. The rice and beans are a 9.1/10. Prices are very reasonable and they are quick to service even with a line. They always keep up quality. I've been here 3 or 4 times in the last couple of months so you know it's worth trying!
