I was born and raised in southwest Louisiana. I walked in and there were two people in line ahead of me. There were three people working behind the counter. They all looked directly at me and never acknowledge me or welcomed me. The place is super small so there was no reason for them not to say welcome or hello.

I ordered the seafood gumbo, crawfish etouffee and red beans and rice. What I received was (2) seafood gumbos and the etouffee. They all taste like they were made from a box mix. There was definitely an after taste from both dishes. I hope Gumbo Bros offers better food and service.

Listen… Louisiana Seafood Company understood the assignment. The seafood is fresh, the gumbo is so good, and the staff actually treats you like they want you there. A friend recommended this place to me and now I’ve already been back twice — which says a lot because I do not hand out loyalty for free. At this point they can just expect to keep getting my money. If you want good seafood without disappointment and regret, go here.

They have prepared food to take home. Also all you seafood needs, I travel from Springfield because they always have the best crawfish. Great flavor clean and very little dead loss. A big selection of fresh seafood

Best Gumbo I’ve ever had ! Crawfish is amazing !!! I’ve never had anything that wasnt excellent and FRESH!!!! I always recommend them! Can’t say enough good things about them … 👍❤️🤩

Okay, gave one star, because I wouldn't know.
Google seafood places, and this one came up and said it was open. Drove all the way there and it was not open. Apparently, it's open seasonally.
But they don't update their website

Drove over 40 minutes and arrived at 1pm just to be told they were completely out of crawfish. Apparently they said the crawfish “died,” but there was still no effort to inform customers ahead of time. What made the situation worse was the complete lack of concern. When I explained I had driven 40 minutes to get there, there was no apology or acknowledgment — just a careless response. Regardless of the reason, there should be better communication so people aren’t wasting time and gas. For a first-time visit, this was a terrible experience and a huge disappointment. I will not be returning and definitely wouldn’t recommend.

They had the shrimp I wanted at a reasonable price. Great for fresh or cooked gulf seafood.

Great guys! The culled by the pound crawfish are fantastic! Multiple times buying and never a dead crawfish in any batch. So glad to have found this place after leaving Texas. I was afraid I wouldn't be able to buy live crawfish.
