Interior is smallish but we went in the early morning so there was plenty of seating. It's an order at the counter and they serve you at your table place. You seat yourself. We had the Squawking Goat biscuit and the Extreme Biscuits and Gravy. Both were extremely delicious. The fried chicken on the biscuit was juicy and tender, the hot pepper jelly fantastic. Coffee is good - you serve yourself at the coffee bar so it's convenient for refills. Server was very sweet and helpful, I appreciate her. Will be back!

My first visit and the eggs were too salty and the hash brown potato patties tasted burnt. So I ate off my husband's plate he had the chicken - waffle it was good

I did a quick Best food search near me and ended up atthis joint. The wait time was 45 minutes in the middle of the day. Since I was eating alone, I was able to grab a chair at the bar immediately. The food was actually delicious. The only reason I gave it four out of five is it was just a tad bit salty (what do you expect from a dish that has pork belly and bacon? ?). I also talked to my friendly neighbors about their food and everyone had great things to say. While the food was good I was even more impressed by how friendly and customer focused the bar staff was. Loved the vibe. I would definitely go back!Parking: The free parking next-door has a new QR code scanning requirement. Also since I was driving a rental car, I had to go out to verify what state my license was from. No big deal. It worked out well, but unfortunately the hostess had to explain it several times before one of the older customers understood. I see how it could be confusing for some.

I don't normally visit chains when I travel but my experience at another Maple Street Biscuit Company made this a required stop. And it did not disappoint. The service was great! The order taker was friendly and helpful. The food came out quickly and everything was delicious. If I lived near here this would be a regular place for me because I'd like to try so much on the menu. We were here on a Sunday morning and the crowd picked up while we were eating. It got a little loud but they have great tables for conversation and even bigger groups. Totally enjoyed my visit and I'll be back if I'm ever in the area again.

This is the second location I tried and the food is delicious. I wanted to go different this time and I tried the biscuit French toast. I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. I also had an iced coffee with toffee in it I believe and I enjoyed that a lot. Overall, food is great here as well as the one closer to downtown Nashville. Go try it and see for yourself!

I ordered chicken and waffles they gave me NO chicken just waffles, breaded steak and gravy was terrible all the breading was off the steak it was salty, gravy was really thick, biscuits was ok hash potatoes was overcooked. Will not order or visit this place again
