I did a quick Best food search near me and ended up atthis joint. The wait time was 45 minutes in the middle of the day. Since I was eating alone, I was able to grab a chair at the bar immediately. The food was actually delicious. The only reason I gave it four out of five is it was just a tad bit salty (what do you expect from a dish that has pork belly and bacon? ?). I love this place. I usually go before it gets busy but it's very much worth it. The food comes out fast anytime of day and is very tasty. I've been trying a lot of the menu so can recommend the squawking goat and extreme b&g

Interior is smallish but we went in the early morning so there was plenty of seating. It's an order at the counter and they serve you at your table place. You seat yourself. We had the Squawking Goat biscuit and the Extreme Biscuits and Gravy. Both were extremely delicious. The fried chicken on the biscuit was juicy and tender, the hot pepper jelly fantastic.
