Thankfully, this app makes it super easy to customize our own special pizza just the way we like it. Plus, the delivery is prompt, and the food always arrives piping hot. Whoever runs THIS store Desperately Needs to teach the one on Old Fort Pkwy how to work- from ground up. Old fort location should be ashamed. “I'm really surprised at the rating this location has. We ordered pizza from hungry howies just down the road and we ordered online. For some reason, the store was closed and it still allowed us to order. When we went there to pick up the food only then did we notice the store was closed. We decided to come to papa John's and the customer service was amazing!! The manager gave me a nice discount for my military service and what I'm going to assume was compassion for the situation we were in as we had to wait even longer to get pizza due to hungry howies being closed. The pizza was definitely delicious and I highly recommend this location. Thanks yall“

“The bad reviews genuinely make me laugh. It's just a bunch of oldies getting mad they can't order with their land-line home phones even though online ordering is so easy, a two year old could do it. I've been going here since I was a kid and even though management has surely changed, I have never had any issues with service or food quality. I want to especially highlight the service because every time I'm in there, people are so rude to them. They have always been kind and helpful to me, and especially in this day and age, good service needs to be recognized. Order online and you'll never have a problem or have to wait for your food ever again. It literally tells you when it will be done, so there's no reason to complain.“
