It appears to me that this location does not value its customers or good customer service. The girl on the phone is very rude and disrespectful. Does not listen, says “huh”, and does not repeat back the order. Tonight my parents ordered 2 Large Pepperoni pizzas with extra garlic dipping sauce. Only one was delivered with no extra dipping sauce. I called back and spoke to a manager. He said, “I can send you another pizza in about 40 minutes. For free.”

Normally love papa johns but this time was beyond the worst. Delivery was 20 mins past the estimated delivery time (after the online order said it had been “on its way” for over 30 mins and I only live 10-12 mins away)Called and asked what’s going on and the lady said they had to remake somethings and the pizza would be hot and fresh. But the pizza wasn’t hot and it was made wrong and the wings were burnt and the sauce was so watery and didn’t coat all the wings. So...read full review
