This place is horrible!! Management and OWNERS! Paid for pizza it was burnt and cold called to complain and the manager laughed and said bring the pizza and I’ll fix it. no sir I paid for delivery I will give the burnt cold pizza when you return w what I ordered . Left concerns w Pizza Hut the owners replied “ I will tell my employees not to smile or laugh” like it’s funny that they were in the back ground mocking me. Terrible customer service... Ordered a pizza online for delivery paid for it only to get a call 20 minutes later saying I'm out of area even though I've been delivered to a thousand times...the manager named Bree tells me I can have 3$ off if I come and get the pizza which isn't even the amount of the convenience fee they charged me...not only that she tells me they cant email me a voided receipt so I had to drive down there to receive a copy of it and when I get there they said...read full review
Ordered 1dz wings & 2 drinks that was to take 20-30 mins. Horrible service & I want a refund this is ridiculous!!! Order time 4:46pm it's now 6:13pm & still on hold with the all reps are on with other callers & now on hold 22mins.
