Weird how yall don't stick to your stores hours. Past two days been issues being open. Everything around it is open with weather. Only thing to close is this sonic.

I ordered hamburger and Fries, She brought me hamberger and tatertotts. I ate a piece of tattertotts and realized that I did not order it. I buzzed the customer service and told them the situation. The carhop girl brought me and my friend frieds, but asked if she could have the tattertotta back, I already ate one piece and my friend ate one piece, but since Sonic as a whole is the one that made a mistake on my order. I feel like they should not even aske for the wrong item that was served. furthermore it was already been contaminated. Bad service.

i have NEVER had a good experience with this sonic. i got food here once and was sick for 2 days.. i got food here again today since it is close to my job and i PAID for a LARGE mozzarella stick which comes out to $6.90. i opened my bag to start eating and there is only 4 sticks meanwhile a LARGE is supposed to have 8! i paid for a large and got a small.

Food was great so I called up there to see who made it witch was the white girl iris with the white nose ring, and I was treated with disrespect and threats to take my life by another phone number, iris was also being aggressive with me so I hung up. the manger (Dean Martin)was being difficult and did not deescalate the situation at all rather just sit bacc and litsen. This is unacceptable

This sonic used to be my favorite. But now I can’t even stomach the thought of stopping there. The food is absolutely disgusting. Even my drinks are wrong every single time! I don’t know why their service has dropped so low but please fix it. A few months ago this was the only place I would stop.
