Evertime I go here, it seems like the ketchup is worth a million dollars. Asked for it before I ordered, didn't get any. Then pressed the button to ask for some and guess what, didn't get any. This place sucks for service.

Ordered Popcorn Chicken meal should have checked the bag but they forgot the Popcorn Chicken do not know how this is possible as they were not busy. Employees on their phones while people are waiting to order. Whoever is the General Manager for Murfreesboro has to be either fired or replaced because I have yet found a Sonic with any positive qualities.

Food looks great. Drive-thru attendant had terrible attitude. Gave an undertone of she obviously could be doing something better, lack of communication concerning the wait for my order, & cut me off as I was trying to politely ask for extra condiments before I pulled off. Handed me 3 packs…no bye, have a nice day, etc. First time I’ve visited this Sonic, what a mood.

Update: Came for lunch, I ordered on the app but it wasn't letting me check-in and they didn't see my order inside. Manager came out and saw that my app showed I had ordered. He went in and gave us our order so we wouldn't be out any more money. Really appreciated. Great customer service!

You will not believe this. We live in a sad sad world. I’m completely dumbfounded, by what just happened to me at the sonic on Fortress Boulevard. I asked and paid for an extra 4 ounce hamburger patty at a reasonable price to be added to my single hickory barbecue cheeseburger. The manager on duty refused to add my extra patty to the sandwich. He was glad to sale it separately, but could not add it to my sandwich. He claimed his general manager, put this rule in place. For obvious reasons, I’m extremely upset , fast food is supposed to be fast and convenient . Getting my hands dirty adding a patty to my sandwich while driving is neither of those. DO BETTER SONIC. This is the craziest thing. Really do you hate or miss trust your customers this much? No wonder places like Chick-fil-A are prospering and places like sonic are failing. Chick-fil-A knows how to treat a customer. There is no excuse sonic can come up with to justify this.

So I order a chicken meal 3 piece , a route 44 coke zero and sonic blast . I didn't receive my drink , food was cold. Tried calling sonic No Answer! This place is going down hill fast.

I have been to this sonic multiple times over the course of a few weeks and am told REPEATEDLY that they can’t serve “hard” ice cream “right now”! Absolutely ridiculous, now I barely bother to go here and go to the other location on Cason Lane.The serves at this location are terrible and have a bad attitude. Not happy and do not recommend if you actually want ice cream

The hours are never correct. They do not stay open until 10pm they close around 9:30 or so. Please change the hours on google so people don’t waste the time to drive there for no reason….

These workers are incompetent as hell. I get that this is just fast food, but I’ve done this type of work before—and these workers are absolutely dumb. Personally, I’ve had many issues with them not understanding what an ice cream dish is (even though that’s what it’s called) and they’d give me cones. I talked to the GM and I guess after my post and others agreeing that his talk with them worked…for now. But these workers gave my husband a single burger when we ordered a double. He was having a hard day and said he needed it fixed. He goes back to the sonic and they give him yet ANOTHER single AND it was cold. He’s going back a THIRD time bc he wants what he ordered and paid for. Hopefully it works this time, but I just feel like these workers are useless. Especially after one time I order a chicken sandwich with fries and they gave me a coney and fries. When I got it corrected they gave me a chicken sandwich and tots. Like they really are slow here. Idk something about fortress fast food workers and them being the most dumb workers you’ll ever encounter!!!!!!! Don’t waste your time here!! I keep falling back in hopes they’ve gotten better and bc it’s right behind my apartment. But they always fail. I really think they need to have another training session and a progression lesson bc that’s what old jobs did for coworkers and myself. SOMETHING, ANYTHING to get these workers to WORK‼️‼️‼️‼️
