The system crashed as I was ordering food for my family tonight, they were super kind and still made sure I had meals to take home when they most definitely could’ve told me “sorry can’t help ya”. Thanks!
Update: Came for lunch, I ordered on the app but it wasn't letting me check-in and they didn't see my order inside. Manager came out and saw that my app showed I had ordered. He went in and gave us our order so we wouldn't be out any more money. Really appreciated. Great customer service!
