I ordered a coffee for pickup. My dad went to get it. As I'm not from here I ordered at the wrong location. When he asked about my order. The representative was dismissive and rude. This isn't the first time this experience was had at this location. The service is very hit or miss.
I won't go again, I tried to order something and they treated me badly, a glasses cashier, I didn't feel any empathy from the workers.

Great service; but the best thing is the staff. They exude kindness. They know my name and if I come in when they are not busy, my order is sitting on the counter by the time I walk over to it

The quality of the coffee and even the cream is so bad and it's not Starbucks coffee that I drink it from anywhere else also be sure that is your order correct everytime u bought something please
The staff here are usually AMAZING! So friendly and super sweet!However what’s not amazing was my trip at around 7:50 am on 5/2/21 where I had to listen to a customer make transphobic jokes and comments, while the employee just laughed and joked along with him.As someone who is trans and who frequents this Starbucks a lot specifically because one of the amazing employees asked my pronouns, I felt EXTREMELY unsafe.I guess it’s a good thing there are Starbucks everywhere so I can switch locations...

I was just at your location about 2 hours ago & ordered a white chocolate mocha, caramel frap & several cake pops. I was half way home when I realized my white chocolate mocha wasn’t even half way full. Everything else was fine except for this drink. Not sure what happened but the ball was dropped on this one.

Worst location of Starbucks! The staff just doesn’t want to sell coffee. Whatever I asked both the girls kept saying “no”. Both of them were busy chitchatting and didn’t answer any of the questions. Never coming back to this location and not recommending at all!
