Even when the store is not busy they always mess up any drinks I order. I work at a Starbucks so I understand it can be stressful but forgetting to put any syrup in a vanilla latte four times just says that they don't really care to make your drink right. I know how these drinks are made and I try to order as simply as possible and they still 9 times out of 10 mess up my drink or give me the wrong food item I ordered.
This is the Starbucks inside the MTSU library. It was busy when I arrived so it took longer than usual to get my order, but thats isn't unusual for this location. My order was correct and delicious.
It really depends on who is working whether or not the service is good, but for the most part, they do a great job. One catch, they're owned by Aramark, so if you want to use your Starbucks rewards card, you're out of luck.
