I had a messed up door dash order& was very upset. The manager (Quez) personally brought me my food as my car was broke down to make it right with me. I was very pleased with how personally & kind he was and with making sure I was happy at the end of the day! 5 stars ✨ for sure!

Food was ok but didn't seem too fresh. Tacos were actually cold. Ordered via the kiosk which made it easy. The restroom however was pretty disgusting and was in need of major cleaning.

I went and ordered there on January 6th at 8:55 and had absolutely not even a teaspoon of rice on my rice and cheese burrito and hardly any meat on my double beef burrito and the chips were soggy wet and on my load of nachos at the north broad street location

Pretty sure I was an inconvenience to them at 11pm. I was given a bean burrito instead of the cheesy bean and rice burrito, my Baja blast was only partly full and given to me with the lid half off, and I was given none of the sauce I asked for. Will not return to this location and will advise others to drive further and go to memorial as well.

I’m thoroughly convinced that this Taco Bell is incompetent. They are more concerned with up charging you than actually giving you what you pay for. Pay for chicken? You’re getting ground beef. Pay for chips? You’re not getting your cheese. If you can, go to another Taco Bell or skip Taco Bell altogether. They can’t seem to get it right here and will rip you off every time.
