Came thru drive thru my food was cold and hard I returned and complained about the food the crew member said he would make me some fresh the shell was warm but still hard I just ate what I got I won't return. The guy did give me a bag of cinnamon twist for the trouble.

If you’re someone that loves your peace DO NOT WORK HERE! By far one of the messiest most drama filled places I have EVER worked! Every other shift somebody has gotten into a fight and it’s being talked about right along with drama that’s going on with individual people! I’ve never worked at a place that every single shift is drama on top of drama? There’s little to no training and the manager( DARLA) talks out of the side of her neck and will tell you that if you can’t understand how stressed she is then you basically don’t have the right be offended by her slick mouth and MESSY attitude! She will put words in your mouth and remix what you said to other workers to start drama and it’s not worth it cause she’s the type you will definitely go tf off on! In conclusion , DON’T work here, but if you like working with a bunch of “adults” that make SIMPLE TASK complicated for no reason by all means PLS put your app in! They have a high turnover rate of workers..I wonder why?

Flatbread Chicken Chipotle wraps! ?Why? I feel like I might as well have had a chalupa! Please bring back Chicken Chipotle Melts!Vegetarian options: Any of the items can be made without meat! Great thing is extra lettuce is not an extra charge. At least last I checked.

Even late at night where places aren’t exactly busy, usually I get fresh food. Not here. My husband and I just got off work and we do Uber Eats so we know how food is supposed to look. What we ordered came out hard, cold, and stale like it was sitting out for hours where it’s supposed to be fresh. Nachos were cold, chips were stale, tortillas for our tacos were hard, the potato bowl was cold and the potatoes were hard as pebbles. We called to tell them about it and got brushed off, not even offering to have us come down so they can make us a new order or anything.

Well... I'm near 60 years old.There were no other customers in the dining room.They had a Full staff.A couple of cars in drive-thru.The manager had an attitude ?,My friend and I waited and waited.Another person came in and put their order on the kiosk.My young friend said that they are not thing to take our order, they wanted us to use the kiosk. I have Never used one and don't know how. So, with Taco Bell employees just standing around, my friend put in our order. As soon as we did, someone came to the counter and wanted us to pay.Food was great and made it fast after I ordered it from a dang machine. People shouldn't be forced to do work for their food and work equipment that they are not familiar with to handle.What is wrong with managers nowadays? They act like they don't know how to communicate with their customer. It's a sad day when we turn to conduct business in an unprofessional and non-personal way.

rush you to order at drive thru only to get home and order completely messed up. fries are nasty and cold. workers are rude. they can keep the other grilled chicken burrito that they owe me cause the one they did give us out of the 2 ordered made my fiance sick!!!!

Everyone knows the typical Taco Bell experience isn't first class dining. It's not meant to be. However, depending on locations, your experience can be either great, average or horrible depending on service, order accuracy, quality of food and of course cleanliness. Here the service was very friendly and quick. Order was accurate and neatly put together, fresh and delicious. Store was clean and tidy.

5 out of 5 stars, hands down best and freshest taco bell I've had in a long time. The drive thru person got my order correct the first time, got my food fresh and fast. They also were not stingy with the meat,veggies, or sauces on my items. Rice has very good flavor and was very moist unlike normally hard and crunchy dry rice. Everything was perfectly portioned. We went in and personally thanked the manager Chris that was on duty. Good job Taco Bell sincerely two very happy customers?

There are only so many times someone who only ordered a cheese quesadilla can walk up to the front to let you know you forgot the sauce before a review like this hits. I hope you guys remember the sauce in the future, especially on single item orders.

Do not recommend doing online order, I put my order took the money from my account, as soon as I asked them for my order they didn’t have it, they wouldn’t do anything about it. Very disappointing staff didn’t even try offer any other help, other than they can’t do anything about it. I had to call my bank to try and get my money
