Late night, 11 pm. Drive thru after ordering online. The person talking through the speaker was chipper and sounded like aost delightful person. I put a LOT of extras on my cantina chicken burrito. My husband on the other hand had his lux box pretty plain, even skipping some of what normally comes with it. You guys got it ALL right! I went through the drive-thru, and E.S said she was not having a good day. She didn't correctly enter the cash amount I gave her in the computer and didn't give me my change or drink, so I had to go in the store to get it.

Usually I never dine in (like it’s been 20+ years if I ever have) but the experience has been amazing! From the time I walked in to the time I left. I almost forgot I was at Taco Bell because the experience gave me very much, I appreciate the work I do and not just for the money. The bathrooms were clean, one of the toilets had paper towels in it and as soon as I mentioned it, it was handled. I ordered food for myself and my kids.
