I would not recommend going here as the wait is always long. The service isn’t great and there should be no reason for this place to open and not get serviced. Why am I sitting at the order board for 10 minutes with no response, yet y’all are open? I will never return here as there are better locations with people who actually want to work in the city.

Its sad you cant get service at these places anymore its 6:30am and there not open you see people in there but the doors locked and no one in the drive thru 6 cars drove off including me

11-21-25 I walked in at 9:40pm before the dining room closed. I was not greeted at all. The manager, an African American woman with no hair, seemed bothered when I walked in just before closing time. When I asked for my order to be cooked fresh , she seemed like she had an attitude about it. No biggie. The woman didn’t say anything to me at all. After paying I asked for a drink carrier and she didn’t say anything. But walk to the back and put it on front counter and walked away. I said ok. After I got my Order, the little black boy with the white headphones (that was on fry station) over his head handed me my order, but didn’t say anything to me . He just put the sauces in the bag and walked away . I forgot to add cookies to my order so when I told her I wanted 2 cookies, she seemed like she had another attitude. So as I was paying , she was telling the little boy to lock the doors as it was almost 10o clock. Which I understand but like you ain’t got to say it like that with customers still in the lobby. Mind you when I came in it was another couple in there and after I got my food a white man walked in there as well so idk if it was just a bad night or what but customer service there was awful, as I would not return. Food was fresh though as I requested.

The line was so slow that multiple people pulled out before they got their food, the cashier tried to make us pay for a more expensive order, and we’ve been waiting 30+ mins for food. The window worker said have nice day before she even handed us our food 0/10

Horrible!! The worst Wendy’s experience I’ve had, food is trash (normally great) out of sauce and gives you attitude when asking for it wrong lettuce on burger, fries cold as possible literally feels like I was given leftover from a fast food restaurant

Absolutely nasty, everything was unsanitary even the floor was disgusting, the soda machine was dripping. They Got OUR ORDER WRONG 4 TIMES I asked for no bacon because I was allergic and I got bacon every time. I would give it 0 stars if I could honestly. GROSS AVOID AT ALL COSTS 🤮🤮

got breakfast delivered this morning , No straws No syrup , my breakfast sandwich had ONE piece of bacon on it like what !!!! and it was the smallest piece . coffee wasn’t expected to be what we thought .

Went after their lobby had closed and used their drive thru. The woman taking our order was rude and hostile. She did not give us straws and was rude when we asked for straws. The food was amazing however.
