Large menu.Food is great. My 11 year old would eat their sushi every day. My wife says the salmon was tender juicy and flavorful. First time I had sake and it was good. Our chef was entertaining and made it enjoyable. He even guessed that it was my wife's birthday.
My family and I celebrated my daughter’s high school graduation yesterday and this place did a PHENOMENAL job with my group. This was all of our first time coming here and we didn’t leave disappointed. My group originally had a reservation set for 1:30 BUT graduation ended a lot sooner than we expected. Hate taking off a star because the service has always been great but we have more than once been disappointed in the quality of the sushi rice and fish. At the very least, they should nail the quality of the rice. It's understandable it might be hard to get fresh sushi fish in Middle TN but dry and unpleasant sushi rice??
