Just left the old fort location @4PM on a Saturday and this is the first time in over 3 years I’ve been extremely satisfied with zaxbys. I asked for fresh fries and they went above that, my entire order was piping hot! I’ve had a lot of not so good experiences with fast food, but not today! To also add I paid and received my food within 5 minutes. Great experience!

The food is always ok, if it’s fresh it’s great but more and more it seems like the wait is just crazy long. Expect to park in a parking spot and wait for your food. Other than that great people!

I respect this restaurant for what it is, but sadly the quality doesn't hold as much as it used to, especially for the prime location it's at. Their salads are good, from what I remember, but the popular foods have dropped. The price is okay at best for quality.I gave away a Zaxby's gift card due to my disinterest in the restaurant. The employees have always been excellent the times I went into here over the years. I wish y'all the best.

Don't get me wrong, fast food is fast food and so it wasn't the greatest meal I've ever had, but, tonight me and my boyfriend went to this Zaxby's expecting the typical experience but we were extremely pleasantly surprised. I didn't catch her name but there was this amazing and very sweet younger African American woman with really pretty long blonde braids that helped us at the window. She was extremely patient with us as I forgot to ask for extra fries instead of coleslaw and she immediately went to the kitchen to make sure our order would be right. When we got our food, the kitchen forgot one of our sandwiches. When we pulled around and she saw us she immediately asked us what was wrong, and given that the line was long she directed us to park and made sure to bring us our sandwich herself. The place was swarmed and never once did I see her lose an ounce of energy. I don't know what she is being paid, but I already know she deserves a raise. If you are reading this, whoever you are, thank you so much for all of your help. ?

Everything was disgusting old, greasy, burnt fries, rubbery old chicken, the zax sauce was stiff like it was old, coleslaw was watery. No sweet tea, no ketchup or anything. With exepnsive prices like those, get someone who knows how to cook instead of them lazy, good-for-nothing teenagers.

Went to get our free sandwich for Veterans Day and waited a long time at the drive thru to place our order then an extended time for the food. After receiving the food we looked in the box and had a box with hot sauce poured into it and a sandwich in another box with just a tender on it. I realize the sandwiches were free but we only got 1 when ordering 2. The wait was longer than 15 minutes from arriving to leaving and they were not busy at all.

this zaxbys has the worst customer service in Murfreesboro! I've try to go at slow times, like after lunch but there's no difference. ive never been inside, just drive thur but those are the rudest girls, ive been there 4 times and its never any better! dont get me wrong, my food is always good (i get salads every time) but they have me feeling some type of way every visit,,,
