Kyre is amazing! I am VERY pregnant… like at the stage where I cry when my food ain’t right… pregnant. Last night we went to Zaxby’s and when we got home realized my sandwich was wrong. My husband called and Kyre made it all right! He had the best attitude about it!! Thank you Kyre!!!
Zaxbys catered our wedding and everything was great! From the ordering, food delivery, quality and freshness of the food, it was overall a wonderful experience. Highly recommend for catering needs or visit any one of their five Murfreesboro locations for the same excellent service!
I was a raising Cane's man. This Zax sauce is the bomb

The location has recently been remodeled, making it a favorite spot for many customers. The staff, including managers and team members like Justin and Amanda Sutton, are praised for their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond. For example, when a meal needed correction, the staff corrected it without questions, and the manager offered to remake meals and drinks, ensuring customer satisfaction. Employees at the drive-thru, such as Dylan, are recognized for their friendly and clear communication, making ordering a pleasant experience.
Customers appreciate the restaurant’s affordability, with some noting their usual meals costing less than at other locations, even in larger cities.
