Went in and ordered, everything was fine. Got my order to the table, realized that I didn't get one of my meals. Went back to the counter explained to the gentleman that I didn't receive one of my meals. He acted like he didn't believe me so I invited him to the table to show him with my receipt in hand. He went back behind the counter and just stood there. Irritated that no one was trying to figure out where the missing meal was. We asked for the manager, when the GM identified herself as the manager, I explained that I talked to this man and pointed to him and told her we didn't get one of our meals she told me I was yelling and I was wasn't. Then she raised her voice at me saying she was calling the police. I asked for my food or a refund and she refused. She said I yelled at an autistic person. I didn't yell at him and I wasn't yelling at her. I didn't even know he was autistic. It wasn't even his fault we were missing the meal it was the kitchen for not making it. Unfortunately we won't be back even though this one was more convenient.

The food was really good my kids really love their food they have a kids meal too. A lot of drinks for people big verity nobody was picky! We payed $75 for 8 people and huge meals each! Fast service too. All ages recommended!Vegetarian options: The only thing vegetarians can eat was a salad but some had chicken.Parking: Empty parking we were the only people but the food was good really recommend.Kid-friendliness: Nothing inappropriate or bad.My kids loved this place.Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs and big space!
Can't go wrong with the original. Wings and things is a decent bang for your buck. Tongue torch isn't too hot but just enough kick. Fries were decent overall food and services at this particular location were great. 1

I told her that the sauces was spicy that they gave me and I asked for a different sauce. 35 cents ?It was an time consuming to get change from my $20 If your going to restrict your sauce like this by charging extra than give this girl some additional training on how to let me know

We paid 40 bucks and waited 15 minutes (every single car was asked to park, it was a given. We were actually only the second in line) only for them to bring out our food missing an entire combo meal and our two children's drinks. After waiting another 10 minutes for them to bring that out, we got home only to discover that we had received zero zax sauce. We were supposed to get 4 and then we actually paid to get 2 extra. Zax sauce is the only reason we would stop at zaxbys over other places. And one of the combo meals was missing coleslaw. So pretty infuriated that after all that drama, they essentially stole our money by nit giving us what we paid for.

Not too big of deal but got the bacon tots and they were so burnt couldn't eat either order I got and they forgot my 4 packs of extra sauce. Wouldn't be a problem if I didn't have to pay for it. This is my favorite place sad for a bad experience for the day.
