Great customer service, fast food delivery and clean establishment. Staff was great to, Jamarcus had great customer service
Ordered a chkn salad Zensation & a 4-pc chkn tender meal. No drinks. She asked if we wanted dbl fries or fries & coleslaw. We want what it says it comes with.. Fries & coleslaw... We asked for extra crispy fries. It even says on the receipt! If this is extra crispy... I'd sure hate to see what NOT extra crispy is like... Asked for buffalo sauce. Got Zaxby's... I guess IF we ever return, I'll check order before driving off.. #disappointed #waytogoZaxbyz
Lady at the front was so friendly and welcoming. Food was fantastic and the place was very clean. Thank you for such a pleasant dining experience!

Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings offers a mix of great service and food, with many customers enjoying their experiences. While some reviews note slow service at times, others highlight quick and friendly service, especially in the drive-thru. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, contributing to a pleasant dining environment. A standout item is the Birthday Cake Milkshake, which some customers love despite its higher price. The staff is frequently praised for their kindness, with specific employees being recognized for their exceptional customer service. One employee even chased after a customer to return a forgotten drink, showcasing the dedication of the team. Additionally, the restaurant is noted for being LGBT friendly, adding to its welcoming atmosphere. However, there is a common complaint about the lack of meal options for those who do not eat meat. Overall, Zaxby's is seen as a reliable choice for tasty chicken and wings, with a staff that genuinely cares about their customers.
