BED BUGS!!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! They are extremely rude. when we checked the receptionist was very sweet. Our room had boogers on the walls. Not to mention there were stains and rips on the bed sheets. There were spiderwebs in the corners of the room. When I approached the front desk about the dirty room I was given some sheets and cleaning spray. Which she did say she would clean it up, but I was skeptical and wanted to do it myself. When I woke up covered in bites, I went to the front desk for trash bags to place all our belongings in. I asked for a discount or refund. They stated since I stayed the night, they could not provide that. How would I know I would wake up with bites all over my toddler and me from your bed bug infested hotel? I gave them the chance to make it right and yet they failed again. Please do not give this company your money. They clearly do not care about the services they are expected to provide. All this place is, is money to them. You’ll leave disappointed and more than likely with some extra tiny guests going home with you!

UPDATE: I contacted the hotel and spoke to the manager. She stated the insect shells that we found were old. So they had seen them and didn’t clean them up. She did give us a 5% discount on the room though….what a slap in the face. I will be calling the Better Bussiness bureau and the health department.

Please don’t stay here! Our friends who stayed there have reported bringing them back home! It might be a cheap “motel” but it’ll cost more in the long run!

*#*# Hotel is doing a lot of updates and remodeling*#*#

I stayed here for 4 days - The staff was friendly and accomadating. I asked to view the room before my stay and it was clean and the bed was comfortable enough. The bathroom was spotless and very clean. The hallway carpets were dirty but that is to be expected with all the work they are doing currently. While I was there, the hallway walls were being painted. I stayed in room 216 and just outside the door was a blue trash can covering a hole in the floor that was waiting to be repaired. Overall, I would stay here again and would recommend it to friends. The hotel shares a parking lot with O'Charleys and is just 1 stop light from shopping at Bellevue West that has a great movie theater.

A few suggestions to think about during the updating -

1. Upgrade to a better quality pillow - the pillows that are currently being used doe not hold their shape and requires a lot of fluffing through the night.
2. Select different shower heads that utilize the great water pressure you have.
3. Create an outside sitting area away from the doors - the chairs around the pool were all stacked in the corner because the pool was closed. This forced smokers to sit just outside the door in a metal chair that non-smokers walked through when entering the building.

Nearby activities: Shopping, Movies, eats, Planet Fitness are all within walking disctance.

I brought my friend in for lunch to celebrate her birthday and it could not have been more perfect! Our server, Tiffany was amazing, one of the best servers we've ever had anywhere! The manager, Dennis fixed a special dish for her that wasn't on the menu! The food was fantastic! Such a wonderful experience for a special day!

Location is owned by a private family. Entry check in area is ok. Bellman had attitude. Upon entering the elevator to upstairs your first view is the filthy carpet that smells on urine and lots of animal hair. Walls are patched and not painted from holes. Hallways wreaks of urine and spoiled trash. Bedroom had an odd smell as well. Had to immediately walk out. Finding out from locals it’s called the roach motel… ?

Good experience, value is not the best around but still ok and although out of downtown Nashville slightly, it’s still in a convenient spot next to food and gas station!

Not so good! It was really dirty; the towels were torn; everything poorly cleaned especially the bathroom; reception was nice though.

I read the reviews here and was skeptical about staying but my husband had made the reservation. Our room was clean, bathroom was spotless and shower pressure great, the bed was clean and comfortable and the ac worked great. I did notice the sunken floor in the room 215 area and some walls that had been patched. I asked management if they were getting ready to remodel because I saw a man measuring the hall floors. She said they are about to make many changes and they are aware of the floor. The continental breakfast had waffles you can make along with cereals , fruit and pastries. I have stayed in much fancier hotels but this one was fine despite the bad reviews.

Safety: Good area. Felt completely safe.

Walkability: Very close to shopping and dining

DO NOT COME HERE! THE PICTURES LIE AND THEY (and Expedia) WONT REFUND YOUR MONEY! The place is absolutely filthy. The our sheets were not washed. On the 3rd floor there elevator opens and there is a giant patch in the wall. There was mold on the mattress. The room is really dingy with not much lighting. My picture isn’t good but the pool was murky. None of the grass was cut. Btw they charged me $140. We drove 25 minutes south and stayed at a Hampton for $117.

Whoever is in management there is no reason to respond to this msg. Don’t lie and say “you’ve passed this message along” and that you are “shocked and horrified” by this. You come here every day you know what’s going on. Just have the most basic of cleaning standards and that would do a lot for you.

Where should we begin! I’m only giving one star because I can’t leave anything less. We had a very late check in. (1 am) Walking upon the entrance the lobby is very misleading , it was decent and clean. We got up to the hallway and immediately I knew it would be a terrible night. Second floor which is suppose to be non smoking ; smelt like fresh cigarette smoke. There was a trash barrel covering a wall repair in the hallway.upon entering our room - the smell was stale. The air was smelly. Turn on the lights , go to use the restroom the toilet paper was on the other side of the bathroom. Go to take a shower (the water doesn’t drain) - it’s like dragging feet in sand the tub was so dirty. Then- it’s time to go to bed and I always check out the bed and I was horrified. Thank goodness we had two beds. There was blood? Vomit? Not quite sure - all over the side of the mattress where the sheet was lifting. Absolutely horrified and disgusted. Slept in the other bed. Wake up took a crappy non draining shower. Went downstairs to “ breakfast” if you want to grab a banana or a muffin. Good for you. The only fresh food if that’s what you want to call it is a waffle maker. The area was filthy! I did bring this all to the attention of staff at the front desk upon checking out - and was met with resistance when I showed the images. So I will be sure to warn you before this happens to you and your family! Don’t let their images deceive you. This is no better than a cheap motel elsewhere. P.s the beds are horrible and uncomfortable.

Rooms: Find a hotel elsewhere.

Safety: How safe is someone else’s blood on your bed?

Stayed here twice now. A hotel it isn't but it is a nice place. Rooms were very clean, updated, AC very cold, and didn't stink at all. Was quiet and felt safe. Hallways need updated however but I guess you don't sleep in the hallway. Breakfast was typical motel stuff. Would stay here again.
