Fantastic brunch spot. Very nice atmosphere and the food tasted very clean. Lamb Hash was phenomenal. Great spicy Bloody Mary as well. Service was perfect.

We stayed in the Sobro area of Nashville on Christmas Day. I researched places to eat and was very excited to eat at 1 Kitchen. We LOVE farm to table restaurants. The restaurant was festive and beautiful. They seated us quickly and our waitress was good. It was a set menu for Christmas Day (charcuterie, mashed potatoes, Brussels sprouts, stuffing, salad, ham and prime rib roast). All great options for a Christmas dinner. Unfortunately, I found the meal to be mediocre and lacking in flavor. Given that it was a set menu, I had higher expectations for more developed flavors for such a nice restaurant. The ham was incredibly dry and after one bite neither my husband nor I wanted any more of it. The prime rib roast they brought to us was mostly the grisly and chewy part. For the price I expected more control of giving patrons better parts. I don't mind a little gristle but not the majority of our portion to be grisly. We showed our waitress and requested better cut. She was kind and took it back and requested another portion for us. Unfortunately, it took 10-15 minutes to bring out the beef. While we waited we had to keep fanning away some fruit flies. For this caliber of a restaurant and the price, it was disappointing. I honestly felt that I could receive the same quality at a mediocre all you can eat restaurant. I would not recommend this restaurant on Christmas Day.

Reserved Christmas brunch. Food was okay. Nothing spectacular for the price. Cookies at the end looked like they were made by children and very bland. All of the prepared foods were very spice forward. Non-alcoholic drinks were included per the menu but we ordered fresh OJ and iced tea and were charged for both. When I asked the waitress, she said regular OJ was included not fresh OJ which was not clear on the menu. 30% service charge for food served on platters family style was a bit excessive. When I made the reservation there was not an option to order off the regular menu which would have been more enjoyable and affordable.

The One Hotel Rooftop Bar blew us away! Amazing skyline views, great food, and impeccable service. The music from DJ DTL Jams set the perfect tone for the evening. Can’t wait to go back next time we’re in Nashville!

We had a great Brunch with friends and the food and service from Amayia was outstanding! We also had the music played in the background from a real Victrola! Was great to hear some of our old favorites right from the LP!

I am not usually one to write reviews because I would say it takes a lot to impress me but I have to say with all honesty that the buttermilk biscuits we had at brunch were the best I've ever had. They were slightly crunchy on the edges and soft and slightly chewy on the inside. The fresh jam and cultured butter were the chef's kiss. We also had the Calabrian broth, the lamb hash, and the avocado toast. All were delicious, perfectly cooked, and generous portions. Although we didn't drink this time around, the cocktails looked fantastic and they surprised me with a birthday cookie and ice cream that was decedent and delicious! If you have the opportunity, GO!
