Our waiter was very good. Food was excellent as always. We sat in the outer room which seemed louder than the main restaurant. Would prefer to sit in the main area but it didn't ruin our experience.
We are from out-of-state, yet received service just like a regular local. Outstanding service! The food was exceptional. We started with the Beef Carpaccio; excellent for sharing. I opted for a lighter fare for the main portion of my meal. The Caesar Salad was great and easily a large enough portion for 2-3 people. I paired that with the "appetizer" U-10 scallops. A very filling and generous portion. Yes, next time in Nashville 360Bistro will be a dinner location at the top of the list.

We had a very nice evening at Bistro - great waiter, good food, especially the burrata special salad with peaches and heirloom tomatoes. It was a lively atmosphere and too loud in the covered patio area, but still a fun night out!
