The food here is always a 10! The temperature, the freshness, the taste excellent. I came in today and got chicken tenders. Their food is so good. I just wanted something. I was a fan of their infamous 200° catfish but they took the catfish away. I really really wish you would bring it back but the chicken tenders baked beans, fries, and coleslaw or everything. I even try to piece of lemon cake and it was top-tier too. Keep up the good work. Please bring back the catfish.

I have been plotting on getting here in this semi and I finally did! When I tell you this food is worth it?! Definitely is! My only regret is i couldn't eat in! Across the street they be towing so I had to be going! 4 HUNNID!
“Crispy chicken with a wait that’ll test your patience.” Stopped by 400 Degrees after hearing the hype, and the chicken didn’t disappoint — crispy tenders and juicy breast quarters with that classic paprika kick. I appreciated that the meat wasn’t dried out like at some places, though it wasn’t quite as juicy as the very best tenders can be. Their hottest level, 400 Degrees, brought real heat without using extract (big plus in my book), though I wish it packed just a little more punch.
The downside? The wait time. My to-go order took 50 minutes even though I arrived at 11:15 AM, and by noon they were telling lunch customers it’d be a full hour — definitely a sales killer. Also, the sides came in very small containers for the price. Glad I tried it once, but I wouldn’t go out of my way again — if I’m nearby though, I’d happily give it another shot.

My friend said we had to try 400 Degrees before I finished my visit to Nashville. This place is cute, they have great murals inside and the staff are so friendly! I am not opposed to spice but I don't really seek out hot chicken, their 100 was perfect for me! It was a great blend of flavor and heat, and the chicken was super tender and moist. Definitely will have to go back on my next visit!

Went to this restaurant yesterday for the first time craving real Nashville hot chicken. Placed my order and took a seat. Thirty minutes later another customer came in and placed an order. The customer asked me how long I had been waiting. I told her 30 minutes which is normal for fresh chicken. She blurted out that was too long as she laid her head on the table in agony. Five minutes later they called her name to pick up her order. She ordered chicken like I did, how was her order before mine I asked. After waiting another 15 minutes, they brought out my order. They intentionally gave that lady my order so she wouldn’t complain. I addressed it with the staff and they gave me a free soda. Just watch your order and those in front of you because you will get skipped. On a good note, the chicken was good, hot and fresh. I do recommend.
