2 wings in and my mouth burning eyes watering, nose running but there's flavor not just burning! It was definitely worth the wait!

First time was great, this time the chicken was dry as….. I could not get the waitress attention, she was busy socializing. There was a price increase on menu as the bill was higher than stated on menu.

Not a big review leaver but I had to come shine a light on the morning crew here . I’m a frequent flyer and always have to stop by 400 for the good music playlist and the great customer service and food . The bartender lulu and the cook ace never disappoint . I don’t usually sit at the tables but the servers seem happy and attentive . Thank you 400 for a good time

Stopped in here during a really long layover in Nashville to get a few drinks, due to significant delays with my flight home. It happened to be directly across from my departure gate. The two bartenders who served me were extremely friendly and I had a great conversation with them. It definitely helped with passing the time. I didn't get anything to eat, as I had already gotten dinner prior to coming here, so I cannot say anything about the food. But the atmosphere was very pleasant and welcoming. I will absolutely stop here, if I happen to be in Nashville again.

I found the chicken to be very tough and flavorless. Got the 200 degrees and that was plenty of heat but not much else. I'm guessing like most places their airport food isn't prepared the same as their brick and mortar locations. The chicken definitely wasn't brined.

Honestly, not a lot to say about this airport eatery. My service was non existent, the chicken was mid at best, my “mixed drink” came out of a can that was poured in front of me and was $20 which was more than a 12 pack of the product alone. The staff didn’t seem to care if you were there or not and just overall much better places to eat in the airport I’m sure. Especially for Nashville hot chicken

Way overpriced even for the airport. Flatbread Pizzas are microwaved. Chicken tenders there have no actual flavor.. overcooked and hard. Their goal is just to make the chicken as spicy to the point it's unpalatable. Service was marginal at best.

Food was overpriced and terrible and after we were done eating they kicked us out. We order 2 things. The cheese steak egg roll ( not rolls like they say on the menu you get one) and a big pretzel that taste led like cardboard. The price should have been at most 20$ it was over double that. This place is a scam and I advise you do not eat here

Victoria R was PHENOMENAL, very attentive and fun! Great last stop before flying out of Nashville

Bartender Luna was very rude to us because we didn't know anyone was sitting at the spot at the bar. Its hard to tell if the bartender didn't clean off the area yet or not when no one is sitting there! Sure put a damper on sitting at the place!

Rude staff and definently don't recommend Luna
