I found the chicken to be very tough and flavorless. Got the 200 degrees and that was plenty of heat but not much else. I'm guessing like most places their airport food isn't prepared the same as their brick and mortar locations. The chicken definitely wasn't brined.

400 Degrees served this Nashville staple hot chicken at BNA Airport, and burgers, flatbreads, several craft beers and a huge bar for cocktails including a concentrated breakfast menu. Bar seating and several tables with 6 TVs for sports viewing and great views of the paasengers passing by in Terminal C at gate c 21. Credi cards and cash aceptes

Had a long layover in the Nashville airport so decided to try out 400 Degrees. I think it was "seat yourself", never saw a hostess and couldn't find a sign - so saw a seat and took it. No one complained so I think it was appropriate. The waiter was good and quick which was a great thing. I ordered a burger and added the cheese for two bucks which made it a typical over-priced, monopoly burger - but it was decent. I think fast food may have been better, but it worked....
