Food, service, ambience, drinks... All of it was great!
We had the Hamachi which was delicious and fresh, the bacon wrapped quail which was amazing.
We had the local heirloom tomato salad as the next course which was the perfect setup for our main course of the beef cheek pot roast and lamb loin chop.
Cocktails were great and so was our bottle of Priest Ranch Cab!
I'll be back here again very soon!

Wow what an amazing meal and wonderful establishment. Was great to find this unique restaurant in the city. Bringing together familiar flavors with a new updated twist. So beautifully decorated and the atmosphere allowed for unwinding after a long day. Whether you are sitting outside or inside the view is amazing. Have a drink, try a unique cocktail. The staff had great customer service. Knowledgeable not only with the restaurant and it's history, but the surrounding areas. Especially when you don't know much about the area. Stop in and have a great meal, either with a group or by yourself. Good food and great times.

The evening started off good. Waiters were nice. The apps were good and served hot. The dinner was okay, not the best. Most everything was luke warm when it arrived. Had a few issues and when we spoke with the manager about them, she was very rude and disrespectful. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone visiting. There are so many more restaurants to visit with better food.

My wife and I were shocked at the portion sizes at this place. I thought since it was kind of fancy that the plates would be too small for the price. I was wrong. We loved the fried chicken, ny strip, mashed potatoes, and brussel sprouts. But the highlight was the sausage cheddar biscuits. SO GOOD. We definitely want to bring our families the next time they visit us.

It was a hot, humidity hanging in the air like rain suspended in mid air. So we dined in doors and were amazed by the food the quail was amazing, enough to share but why would you? Perfectly cooked with a date jam sauce that makes you wish they provided a little bread to sop up what was left. The roasted wedge salad was wonderful. The blue cheese and roasted tomatoes were wonderful. It definitely tasted roasted.

I recently hosted a dinner for 45, everything was wonderful! The wait staff were efficient and respectful, they took care of everything almost invisibly. The appetizers, entrees and desserts are all delicious! Highly recommend!

This is a go to spot for our Corporate/Team dinners when we visit Nashville. We've done a private dinner and a la carte. The food and service is amazing. My only gripe with a la carte is they want you to order everything at once. Sometimes that's a challenge for large groups if you are ordering family style. Nonetheless the food and drinks are amazing and service is wonderful too.

First time in Nashville, and this spot made it extra special! Our server, Parker, was so friendly, funny, and super helpful with the menu — such good vibes all around. He truly made our night!
The food was absolutely delicious and comforting, with surprisingly reasonable prices. You have to get the dinner rolls (we even got some to-go because they were that bomb), the sausage biscuits, mashed potatoes, and the short rib — those were the standouts, but honestly, everything we tried was amazing!!
The ambiance was moody, with candles and an elevated industrial vibe. Such a beautiful space. Total gem in Germantown!

Oh, dude. This place slaps. From the overall ambience, location, service, and quality of tasty eats - you'll be hard pressed to find a better and, from what we hear, consistently good place. As out-of-towners visiting from the foodie capital of Texas (Austin, of course) we left so content and in love with everything we had: amazing biscuits, wonderful beef fillet, fantastic meatloaf sandwich, and sides to feed a whole family (don't get us started on the mashed potatoes, cream spinach, and sweet potato fries partnered with an aioli from heaven).
Plus, the cocktails and service were equally top-notch. Again, a great spot in Germantown / East Nashville that provides the perfect spot for dates, special events, or meeting some friends!

They really need to get rid of their unofficial policy of taking appetizer order with entrees. This is the only place. I have ever heard of this.... Might as well force people to order dessert at the same time.
I come regularly with large groups for business. We like to order 8-10 apps and drinks while people are arriving and deciding what to order as a main. I've had to debate/argue with the wait staff to be able to order apps separately. It is outright annoying. I usually try to follow restaurant policies, but when our group is spending $1500+ for dinner (in a mostly empty restaurant), this policy makes no sense.
Other than that, the food is excellent. They have incredible appetizers, which the menu descriptions don't do justice. The Tomato Pie and Beef Tartar are some standouts.

Menu isn't extensive, but quality over quantity in that each meal is prepared with precision and culinary expertise. On top of that, the indoor and outdoor spaces exude atmosphere that makes this a real treat in the heart of a lovely pocket neighborhood of Nashville
