Most of the staff is generally kind, but there was this one woman in specific at the front that had the worst attitude I've seen yet. She does not know how to treat her customers and she should definitely not be working at the front or anywhere near any customers.

I came to pick up an order and one of the ladies at the front desk did not want to help and had a very bad attitude she did not want to give me the order that I had to pick up

Ok food. Fajitas steak was shredded and NOT sizzling, I am not use to that, little pricy. Drink was ok not that much flavor of lime. And they asked for an ID - weird.

The waiters are arrogant, the workers are indifferent. I work for Uber It, I had to wait 15 minutes for my order to be given to me, and only one table was occupied, the workers were not busy. Do not take these orders until the owners of the waiters bring order and train their waiters. I would like to see how it is. The restaurant survived without delivery workers, the waiters need to be kicked out!

The experience started off with us ordering 1 drink we received 2 and the guy could not understand that we ordered 1. I ordered a Speedy Gonzales, the ground beef tasted flavorless and was watery. It reminded me of prison food but I had to pay for it.

Kid-friendliness: They are dry and without personality. The staff was mainly absorbed into their phones. This concluded our Nashville experience which was 95% dry and without personality.

Do not bother going here. First the menu i was given was filthy , stuck my hand in some kind of goo. Asked for a new one and they just put dirty one back in stack. Waited forever for someone to even take our drink order. I ordered Hawaiian fajitas with no onions. Not sure what was wrong with first plate but it was stopped before it ever reached me. Got the 2nd attempt and it was loaded with onions. 3rd attempt was barely cooked in microwave with no flavor. Fajitas are supposed to have char and sizzle. Nope. Worst experience ever ......if I could give a -10 I would ...

Bland, soggy and definitely not worth it.
It's one & done for me.
Seriously, taco bell is a better option.
Ordered taquitos, supposed to be 2 beef & 2 chicken but got 4 soggy chicken taquitos.
My only recommendation is to go find one of the good Mexican restaurants in Nashville, we've got lots.

The food was ok ground beef was dry. Service was bad. Never came to my table, just to take my order. Kitchen staff brought out my food.

Walked in at 9:30, (said they close at 10 on the window) and they told us they would be closing in 10 minutes because it’s slow, basically telling us we cant sit down. Bad business.

Stopped in on a Sunday, there was no wait. The interior was clean and updated. The server arrived quickly, and before we knew it we had hot fresh food in front of us.
The food was solid and the service was great! The portions are large!

Agaves has become our go to Mexican spot in town. Good chips and salsa, lots of classic menu items, the favor is great and the price is right!

mi familia y yo comimos aquí en nuestro último día de vacaciones en Nashville. Los meseros fueron muy amables y atentos incluso con mis 2 niñas. la comida muy deliciosa y diferente a la comida mexicana del estado de Washington. les recomiendo probar el postre de tres leche 😋 delicioso
