Great Italian food and coffee with fast service. At a reasonable price, I highly recommend this place
Went to this place for lunch on Wednesday 6/26/24 while at The Music City Center for a conference. We stood in a long line for ~45 minutes. This place has to be this busy any time there are conferences, so I am confused as to why they were not prepared to handle the crowd. Someone then told us that online ordering was available. We ordered online and went to the pick-up window. The woman at the counter was visibly irritated and was loudly complaining that she got several online orders and can't make them with such a long line. She proceeded to ignore all the online orders until several guests ahead of us started complaining and then at that point, she started asking the staff to make the online orders. After another 15 minute wait, we finally received our food. Our break between conference sessions was 1.5 hours. We spent an hour waiting. After we got our food and sat down to eat. Our pizzas were so greasy and gross, we couldn't even eat them all. It was a total waste of time and money. I would recommend that you avoid this place like the plague. The conference center should definitely look into replacing this establishment with another restaurant that can actually keep pace with conference guests and produce food that is appetizing and edible.

Good service, Jacqueline waited on me. My overall meal with coke and a coffee about half the price of competitors nearby. Good too.

Jacqueline was my server twice during my visit for a conference at the Music City Center to Nashville. She was a skill which is often forgotten in today’s service businesses-HOSPITALITY! She’s a gem!
Food poisoning from the "pizza".

This is pretty much a deli counter. Went for lunch website made it seem like it was a sit down restaurant it is not. Menu selection is limited. Outdoor seating was nice. It is very conveniently located in/at the convention center. Sandwich I ate was good overpriced but tasted good and it is at the convention center.

Can't give a low enough score. After waiting for service for several minutes, I walked up to the counter. A cook went about his business ignoring me, two servers walked past me, totally ignoring me and speaking to each other in a different language. Ridiculous. The place was virtually empty the whole week we've been here. Probably just a front for something else. Avoid.

Great place for a quick lunch/bite the pesto pasta was just what I needed after a long morning with meetings. Very tasty. I had mine with chicken. My partner had a small pepperoni pizza. Just as good.

Don't expect much form this place in terms of pizza. The beer is inexpensive and the subs are OK.

Al Taglio is located on the corner and is reachable within the conference hall, where we were attending a gathering. The personal pepperoni pizza, a roughly six-inch pie, was what I had. The flavor was excellent! There aren't any servers present. They phone you to come pick up your order after you place it at the counter. Inside, there's a bar, multiple tables, and a long window bench where you can sit and watch people go by.

Not that I was expecting much, but for "convention center" fare, this pizza was really nice. It was tasty but costly. Much better than what was available on the show floor.

No longer open
We were attending a conference and Al Taglio is on the corner, accessible within the conference center. I had the personal pepperoni pizza, which is about a six inch pie. The taste was really good!! There are no waiters. You order from the counter and they call you to come get your order. There is a bar inside for seating, as well as several tables and a long window bench to view passerbys as you eat.
