Alebrije Tacos

Unbelievable tacos inside Bar sovereign. Can't reccomend this food enough these guys kill it. Food came quick and everything was amazing. Got the sample box to try everything and I had to go back for more it was so good. 12/10 food and service.

They didn’t separate out the meat from the fat with the carnitas tostado and it felt like you were spitting out half of your tostada.The al pastor taco and the spicy salsa was fantastic - so delicious!!

Dang this food is good!! Great service too. Best quesadilla I’ve ever had!

We were staying at the Burnham across the street and stopped in to get a drink after seeing a concert at the Bridgestone Arena. Super shady place. Do NOT go there if you’re a tourist. Staff and patrons were aggressive and rude. Lots of questionable activity in the parking lot throughout the night.

The vibe inside Bar Sovereign is very chill. The guy making the tacos is SO NICE and the carnitas tacos are knee-bucklingly good.

Colleague and I had dinner downtown last night. Didn't want to stay there so walked about 3/4 of a mile and found Bar Sovereign. Eccentric place with even more eccentric clients. Bartender was awesome and the neat mix of beers and whiskeys.
