The absolute worst service. We just stopped over after a great brunch on Easter Sunday at Ernest. 9 guests… looking to enjoy an espresso martini before we head to the airport.The bartender was truly the worst person ever. She was rude the moment we walked in. Maybe because she didn’t want to work too hard? The place was nearly empty. It was not busy. We asked for one round … this is a coffee bar that serves alcohol. I mean, we are patrons looking to buy cocktails!?! We asked for one of drink with Bailey’s and she answered, “you will drink what I make you”. Wow… wow. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. MICROAGGRESSION ON DISPLAY HERE FOLKS.In any event, don’t bother to come here. With all the options to have a great place to enjoy a drink, this place ruined our experience. And the barista/bartender should not serve people. She clearly needs to find a place to make others feel less than.

I do enjoy the food although it’s always so flaky that I feel like it should come with a bib. I thoroughly enjoy the ambiance and the couches, however it is easy to dose off even with the caffeine so you may need to sit at a table.Parking: Sometimes you may have to drive around the block to find a spot. However I’ve always been good with finding a close spot.

Excellent coffee!!! I really enjoy cortados there with breve. It’s a little darker coffee (but not bitter!) so it pairs really well with the thicker dairy. And the staff are amazing and it's just an overall good vibe.Hoping to come in some evening and try their cocktails next!

Americano Lounge is one of my favorite coffee shops in Nashville. It reminds me exactly of some coffee shops I frequented in Spain. It’s got a rustic, urban European bistro vibe, and the coffee is top notch. My favorite thing to order is the cappuccino. I tried a croissant sandwich with tomato, Swiss, and artichoke and it was incredible. The only thing Americano could do better is that their wait staff isn’t super friendly. I’ve been there several times, and every member of the wait staff acts like they could care less that I came in. Which ironically makes it feel more European.

Honestly my favorite coffee shop in all of nashville. The menu isn't super large, but the food is spectacular. It's my favorite morning date bc we always grab one of their chess boards and have the best coffee and breakfast sandwich. The cocktails are good

The entire staff at Americano provided 5 star service! The food and service were phenomenal and our waitress Morgan went above and beyond to make sure our large party dinner was exceptional. Troy was a phenomenal sommelier and served our group some great wine!?

I came here once on a Thursday and the atmosphere was great the staff was very nice and extremely inviting. However my experience here today was horrible. I would highly not recommend coming here as a black women or individual AT ALL. The manager requested that we leave as we had not ordered anything yet but there were plenty other customers that were sitting enjoying the live band and completing work just the same as myself and my girlfriend were. He stated that there were other customers that needed seating despite it being several open seats at the bar, on the other side of the establishment, and not to mention that there were NO other customers that needed to be seated . His attitude in addition to the request of us leaving was also very discomforting. If I could give this experience a zero star I would. And his name was Graham by the way.
