The service and food was horrible. We came for a birthday dinner, there wasnt many people in there but it seemed as if they were struggling.

My family and I haven't had the extra funds lately to go out to dinner and the last time was such a horrible experience at another restaurant we were hesitant to waste the money. However we decided to go and chose this Applebee's. Can I tell you the food was delicious and actually fresh out. We didn't have to wait for very long. Also our server I believe his name was Robert was so attentive to our needs and made sure we had what we needed and never had to wait. Other servers would even stop and ask if we had anything and I noticed they did it to other tables as well. The manager even came and checked on us which lately and other places is rare. Everyone especially Robert was so very nice and pleasant and everyone made our experience the best. We decided from now on every week we are saving up enough money to go out to eat to this restaurant. I hope your experience is as great as ours was.

So....I had been going to this location for a lot of years. I had stopped going, not because it had issues, just life stuff happening. Anyway, visited this location, probably 3 times after, and well none of the visits were good. I am going to comment on the last visit, considering it got worse every time. My husband and I ordered waters and beers. Husband ordered a canned beer and I ordered a draft of Michelob Ultra as well as two waters. Can of beer was fine, my draft, well not so much. The draft was flat, no bubbles, just looked like apple juice. The water, that I received, tasted like cotton candy. Not sure why, but that is what it tased like. We then ordered an appetizer. We ordered the spinach and artichoke dip, that has always been my favorite from Applebees, but this time, it tasted like it was from a can, how was that possible, but maybe that is a thing. We planned on a drink and appetizer while seated and then ordered our meals to-go. Meanwhile, I had complained that the draft beer was flat, try to order a Sam Adams, but was not available. I then, just ordered a bottle of my beer and was not very cold. Amongst the ordering, ordered our meals. We both ordered the half rack of ribs, one with French fries and coleslaw and the other with mashed potatoes and coleslaw. Our server, the entire time, was the sweetest person and very apologetic with the beer and water issues. As we sat and waited for our to-go dinner, I made my way to the restroom. I went into the stall and it smelled awful. As I was getting closer to the commode, there was several spots of blood on the floor (in the front of the commode). I decided not to use the restroom... AT ALL. It grossed me out so very much. I came out of the restroom and went back to my table, however, on the way to my table, I requested a visit from the manager. I went to my booth, no visit from the manager and sat there for at least 10 minutes. So while I was away from my table, the to-go order came. We paid and left, but not without waiting for the manager to remove the Sam Adams, that I never was able to receive, from the bill. That removal of the drink took about 10 minutes, We opened up our to-go order at home, and to find that we had no cole slaw in our bag. Just the ribs, French fries and mashed potatoes. The ribs had barely any meat on the bones. So, after all this, I will never be back to this location of Applebees. It is so sad how it has gone completely down hill, this was once a great location for stopping by and getting some lunch during a shopping spree across the street or getting dinner after shopping. Much luck to your establishment, if it can recover.

Felt like I time traveled back to 2005 when my family and I had dinner here last week, and I mean that in the best and most nostalgic way. The restaurant was immaculate with not a single crumb in sight. Even more impressive was the service. The manager runs a very tight ship and checked on every table with genuine care, and the entire staff was happier and more attentive than what we often see at high-end restaurants in Nashville. They were extremely busy and still delivered warm and outstanding service from start to finish.
I honestly cannot believe an Applebees could be this amazing. The whole team deserves major recognition and big raises. We will absolutely be back when I need my next Blondie fix.

Why did we get there, restaurant is nowhere near busy, there’s at least 4 employees on the floor, tables are dirty, we’re watching the server who asked how big our party was clean a table and sweep, then go clean off another table and sweep that one as well, while the rest sit dirty. Why are all of the tables dirty and not ready for guests, and why did we stand there watching her clean instead of being sat when there’s no business happening. I see why the reviews are terrible.
My family and me came in to eat dinner. When someone finally came over to seat us there was no greeting just, “how many” we tell her and she goes “it’s about a 30-45 minute wait for real” very agitated. We said that was fine and she rolled her eyes and huffed and puffed like it’s 9 o’clock you don’t close til 12 there’s no reason for you to be acting like that.

My uncle and I went to Applebee's for the free Veterans Day dinner. The staff was exceptionally cordial and helpful. Brittany, our server, was hustling but still most pleasant. The sirloin steak was outstanding, which was a most pleasant surprise, given that Applebee's isn't a steak house. This was definitely a five-star experience. Kudos to Applebee's for 18 years of recognizing America's military veterans in a very thoughtful and tangible way.

Usually come here once a week with my significant other. This week.was a horrible experience a newer server (I think the host said her name was Danielle she never greeted us, I am in the industry as a server, bartender and even managed for a few years. in this industry standard greet time is 30 seconds. We had to go to the host after 20 minutes to get hee to come greet the table when she greeted us we never got her name, she didn't ask for temperature on a steak. After our order we had to get a manager after 15-20 minutes to get our salads. Steak.came out med well. Instead of medium rare which is because she didn't ask a temperature. We probably will not return after this.

Haven’t even had the food yet so I gave them a 4 by default. Worse waiter I ever had in 38 years or living. Never had a worse server, guy took our drink orders while he was on the phone with someone. Told the bartender to cancel our drink orders after we asked what was taking so long. Manager tried to give the guy a chance to redeem himself and he came over with an attitude and made the whole thing worse. Still didn’t get my drink order right. Been here 40 minutes so far
