The Caesar salad had so many old slimy lettuce pieces and the carrots were fresh but they still had the dirty tops. I would not go back.

We avail a dinner with dive sign. The website says we get to keep it but when you book them it isn't for take home. There was a mermaid show so it was fun but when we had a chance to ask a waitress to take us a family photo with the dive sign, the diver already took it. My father had a small birthday cup cake but nobody even sing for him.

Amazing service, amazing food quality. I have an allergy and was helped by a manager to order accordingly. My daughter wanted to see the mermaid show for her bday and the mermaid and diver that was with her were both very interactive and kind.

Service was great, the food came out hot and we did t wait to long for it for a party of six. The Staff was amazing and very friendly. We will definitely visit when we're in Nashville. This place is highly recommended.

Server was nice and friendly. He appeared to be new and very clueless in general. We ordered their signature dish and it came out HORRIBLE. Meal was to come with parsley potatoes and we got boiled plain dry potatoes. Scallops were rock hard and dark brown (overcooked was and understatement). We asked about the “parsley potatoes” and sauce they were to come in and the waiter went to ask the chef and get us parsley and butter. He then comes back to the table with 3 WHOLE sprigs stem and all of parsley (not chopped) and congealed “butter” in a separate dish and said the chef said to give you this. We asked for the manager who agreed that all of this was unacceptable and took all 3 plates back to be recooked properly. She stated that she has not clue why they gave us sprigs of parsley when they have chopped. Needless to say I don't think I would go back but the experience was nice with eating amongst the fish. The Aquarium was massive and beautiful.

Exceptional performance, service the waiter delivery was excellent. Atmosphere was breathtaking with the beautiful scenery of the restaurant aquarium. Food was tasty and very good quality too. I enjoyed everything from the front desk to the souvenir shops.

First time visit to celebrated our anniversary/birthdays. Started off great! Greeted quickly and order was taken fast. However the server seemed to be preoccupied by something else. He did not really engage with us at all. Just asked us what we wanted to order. I ordered a wedge salad (never received it) my husband and I both ordered the Broiled Fisherman's platter. The food was delivered by someone other than our server, i mentioned i was supposed to get a wedge salad, but no need for it now.. Our server came out with 2 refill drinks asked if we needed anything else, and said i will remove the salad from the ticket. No apology or nothing, and then walked away. We never saw him again until we were sitting there with empty plates. He came back and gave us our check and while.doing so, asked if we wanted dessert. I would have ordered something but since we seemed to be an inconvenience for this server, I didn't. We paid for the meal and left. Overall, the place is really neat, lots of cool fish to see. The food was delicious, some slightly overcooked, and maybe a little over-spiced. The service was less than fair. It is a little cool in the restaurant, but understandable.
So unforgettable. Took my granddaughter who loves mermaids. It was a wonderful experience.

The whole family loved the aquarium. The food was ok at best. Service was slow. I think this is a cool place if you're a tourist. But if I was local I wouldn't eat here more than once.

Asked for table when reserving near aquarium as we had a toddler. Literally we were the 4th group and largest —party of 5 plus high chair. Sat us on back row furthest from tank. They did allow us to move closer—need to pay attention to reservation requests. Floors were so sticky I almost fell twice as my shoe stuck to them and so did the other two ladies. Waiter, Luke, was excellent and so helpful. Very informative about species of fish and their nicknames. Excellent server and is to be commended. Food was good, not many vegetable choices as sides and NO substitutes allowed for even a child. We all had different menu items from appetizer to full course. Our bill for 5 plus toddler $218.
