Left the hospital and my pregnant wife was craving Arby’s. Pulled in at 10:50 and got an automated message saying to visit during normal business hours. I drove around to the window which shows normal business hours until 11 so I guess there’s no way of knowing what their normal business hours are.

I ordered a burger, and it smelled like fish with every bite. I couldn't finish it. The Arby's employees were friendly. It was virtually empty in the restaurant.

Absolutely horrible experience here only had fries on my order they were old and stale. No one was in line workers were too busy on the phone to get fresh ones m. I was in drive thru on sat nov 15th 10pm 😢😢😢

Love the food sandwich was better than any I have ever had, I can see the cook was passionate about making my sandwich, the cashier and drive thru employees were friendly courteous and offering options to provide excellent services. What a great experience at Arby's locted at Metro Center in Nashville, TN. The restaurant was very clean, the food was good and hot, and the service was impeccable! The midday female manager is always on point, and other staff is very pleasant. The biggest thing, though, is my order was perfect and the food was very tasty. I'll be back soon.
