Me & another car pulled into the drive thru before 10pm.. The Black guy that was working Drive thru was outside at another car.. He saw me & the other car pull into the drive thru & I literally saw him turn his blinking headset off.. That's very lowdown of him to do that to us.. He don't know how far we drove to get there or anything.. His Black behind needs to be fired cause I will NEVER come back there again!!

Jan.4th I Arrived For My Interview And It Went Well Speaking With Ms.Sue After My Interview With Ms.Brittany I Was Headed Out The Building I Overheard The Manager Ms.Brittany Talking About My Hair To The Other Employees. The Other Employees Was In Shock Just Like Myself, If The Manager Is Already Talking About Me Before Hired How Would She Treat Me While Hired. I Was Very Excited To Work At This Location After Speaking With Ms.Sue But Unfortunately I Was Continue To Look For A More POSITIVE, FRIENDLY Environment!Thank Ms.Sue For The Great Conversation! ??

When I pulled up to the drive-thru to place my order I asked for both sauces. The guy behind the counter said what do you mean by that? So, I explained that means I want both sauces. Low and behold not a sauce in the bag.
I ordered delivery from here and when they were out of an item I ordered they replaced it with something similar and wrote me a small note. I thought that was really kind! You could have easily just not given me anything, great service and I appreciate y’all!!

The food was what you'd expect from an Arbys: satisfying but not impressive. The service, however, was good and the employees were pleasant. The food came out quickly and it was warm.
