For the third time, they forgot my order and the manager didn't care. Twenty minutes to get a fish sandwich. I ordered it to dine-in, but when it was finally ready ready, it was in a bag on the corner of the counter.
No one cared! And the manager, Tim didn't even apologize. It's all on video. Please look at his reaction to me at 1:52 pm on 3/6/2018. I'm wearing the light-colored Titans cap.
Love your cheddar 'n beef, but I'm, through with bad customer service.
Food was good, but the manager was outstanding. It was only he and a kitchen worker, and he handled the best he could. I will say this, if it were me and 3 people called out at the same time, they wouldn't be coming back to work.
