When I order Uber Eats delivery and ask for extra Arby's sauce and you give me NONE and you also can't even be bothered to include any of the sauces for my chicken nuggets, you lose my business forever.

Stopped to try the "crispy fish sandwiches", and was very disappointed. We asked for crispy fries to go with the crispy fish. The "crispy fish was anything but crispy. The sandwiches were ready for us before we could sit down. Which indicated they were not fresh and were sitting under a heat lamp. The fries were barely warm and definitely not crispy. A big disappointment and waste of money!

Went through the drive thru around 9:20 pm after making sure the resturant's hours are stated online to be 11pm .
The hag sadly employed by this establishment was rude from the very get-go with "Whats the order.."
After placing the first two menu items, (We are a family of three) when asked if we could add... the aforementioned resentful hag who hates her job, audibly, loudly exhaled with outright exasperation that we decided to eat at this location at 9 at night.
We can comment no further on the experience as we pulled out to avoid outright conflict.
Rest assured, we have already placed a request for contact on Arby's Corporate site and hope that along with this review, she is alleviated of her position, which she so obviously doesn't want.

Love Arby's overall. Tried the seasonal Deep Fried Turkey Gobbler sandwich. It was ok but a little underwhelming. Probably my first and last time for that one. But guaranteed I'll be back for my favorites!
Not sure if something is wrong with the drive through speaker or what but I got something totally different from what I asked for. My order was not confirmed with me at the speaker or window, and I was not told my total until after I paid. This makes me feel like I HAVE to ask for my order to be repeated, or record my interactions, to get a basic meal.
The only positive aspect of this experience is that when I went inside to get it corrected, James handled the situation with care and professionalism. James was not the person who messed up my order, but they were quick to get the issues resolved.
