I had a Brown Sugar BLT (minus the tomato) for the first time. It was FREAKING AMAZING!! Had a second one and got this! WHERE'S THE BROWN SUGAR?!! Didn't eat it. Took it back after work. Got another one that looked pretty much the same, but at least it had the sugar on it. If I knew who made the first one, that would be the only time I'd get it. And another thing, DO NOT HEAT COOKED BACON UP!! I had to bite down 3 times in the same spot just to for it break.

1/2 of my food was missing from the bag and I had to go back, which caused my food to be c9ld since I had to go back to get the rest. Who wants to eat a cold fish sandwich? When I initially called abt the missing food, he was aware bc he finished my sentence and told me what was missing and I advised him that me coming back was going to cause the fish and frys to be cold and he stated that he was not going to replace any of the other food. I'm abt 6miles and it was their mistake. Wow and it's the principle. They'd rather loose a customer, than to just do the logical thing and make it right!!!

Lady who took my order at drive thru had the nastiest attitude I have ever encountered in my whole life had a stank face the whole time no thank you no smiles acted like I was a major disruption & inconvenience to her day and a big problem having to help me which is her job you can tell she hates people and her job & it makes me never to want to spend my hard earned cash there ever again this is why places go out of business my order# was 354

Worst excuse for a restaurant. I've ever been to in my life period I stopped in for lunch only to have the store manager running the front counter completely ignore me and act like I didn't even existperiod. I waited in the lobby for 20 minutes with nobody taking my order. So I decided to leave period the whole time I was in there. The store manager that was operating the front counter refused to even recognize me and proceeded just to work only on drive through orders period I would suggest if you plan ongoing to this location to only go through the drive through but it would be best just to avoid it altogether.

The food is always good but the prices are getting too high there as well as other fast food restaurants so I'm keeping my distance from all of them.

What should've been a simple order to fulfill apparently was too difficult to read on the screen. Two burgers, one regular, one plain, but you couldn't get it right. Both had pickles on them, but nothing else that was supposed to be on the one burger with everything. And now we have to drive 15 minutes back towards work since I got it on my way home in order to correct it. Worst service imaginable. Will never go to this Arby's location again.

I haven't liked Arby's for a long time, just don't like the taste. My son had his heart set on the new Good Burger. Well I got two, went through the drive thru. Ordered one meal as it comes, and one with curly fries instead of crinkle and the burger with no veggies. The person taking the order said "Ok, so meat, cheese and sauce only?" Yes. I pulled around and paid for the food. I looked in the bag, saw 2 foil wrapped burgers, crinkle fries and curly fries. So I headed home. When I got home we were upset to find the burgers were wrong. Both were meat, cheese, sauce and pickles. So I called them up to see what they could do to correct it. Well, I had to take the burgers and drive them back, to get correct ones. Ok, annoying, but honestly how else would they fix it? So I drove up and went in. Well there was a woman working the counter. She acknowledged me after a few moments and asked what was wrong with my order since she saw me holding a bag. I told her about the burgers, and she took the receipt I was holding and said "so they were made right, but you ordered them wrong!" What? She pointed out the second order which said "NO lettuce, NO tomato, NO onion". Ok, well my husband looked online and didn't see pickles listed as a topping, but I also said, no veggies. Plus the first one was supposed to have everything on it. She gave me an eat sh!t and die look, snatched the bag and chucked it in the trash. She yelled to the line cook that she needed two good burgers. One with everything and one with no veggies. Well the line cook told her they were going to be a minute because she needed to restock some things and they were out of the buns so it would have to be sesame seed buns. The worker didn't say a word to me after that. At one point the cook hollered out thru the window if the plain one wanted sauce, to which I replied, "yes, meat, cheese and sauce only please. Thank you ma'am" The front worker then handed a couple their food and loudly and in a backhanded insult told them thank you for being so kind and patient. I literally was just standing there. I was yelling at her or staring her down. I was playing on my phone. As the cook was putting the last burger together, she told the person working the window to stop taking orders. There were probably 5 cars still in line and at least 20 minutes till they were supposed to close. The woman working the front put the burgers in a bag and practically threw them on the counter in front of me, then amazing l snatched up the receipt and balled it up and threw it away. I still said thank you, to no reply, and walked out. I have never wanted to walk back into a restaurant and slap a B so bad before. Rude, disrespectful, argumentative and just a B. I won't be going back. She thought she grabbed the receipt so I couldn't complain, but too bad for her, I already took a picture.
