Worst experience ever at Arby’s. Ordered a roast beef sandwich with crinkle fries- no salt. Received old fries twice that tasted like they were old and rubbery. They weren’t hot. Waste of my time and money. Staff didn’t care either and laughed at me about it. Ended up throwing the fries out because they were disgusting.

Especially to all the tourists. I used this place today and had the worst experience. When I checked out, I was told that I couldn't read my credit card properly, so I was asked to check out several times. At that time, even though the card reader displayed "Approved," I was asked to pay the bill multiple times, which made me suspicious. Becoming suspicious, he checked his credit card payment history and discovered that he had paid the bill multiple times. When I informed the staff about this, they said they could not refund the money. After talking for about 10 minutes, they finally gave me my money back, but the clerk's attitude was extremely bad.
This is speculation, but it is possible that they are doing this on purpose to target tourists. Please be careful.

Food was decent It took me so long to place my order, and from my pov the young lady that was taking my order needed help and the lady that was helping (I'm assuming manager) was visibly upset I don't know why unless that's just her demeanor but as a person who works in the service industry just why the nasty attitude? I paid and had to wait some more to get my food but there was no other cars in the DT and like 2 people in the lobby... Granted I had 1 chicken slider but you should always be prepared with a certain amount of items on hand at all times (I managed an arbys a few years ago I know how things should go) That said if I'm having to wait that long for my food at least ensure that everything looks amazing and my fries aren't 1hr old dude I love Arby's fries but heck that was gross... To my understanding Arby's standards are pretty up there so idk why I got such bad food and service I don't think I'll be coming back to this one as it's also not the first time this happens I just wanted to give them another shot and prove that I don't need to worry if imma get good service and food every time I go...

Don’t order to go because my food has been cold everytime arrived 40 mins late , I called to get help he told me it’s nothing he can do about it contact Uber . HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

We tried the limited time hamburger and potato cakes. Both were awesome. The cashier was pleasant and the store was spotless. We enjoyed our visit & meal.
The fish sandwich is pretty good. Just add some tarter sauce. Mr. Lincoln stopped by, too! He visits area schools.
