We arrived in Nashville late and wanted to get something to eat. We found the Arby's just a few miles away. This was absolutely the cleanest Arby's we have ever seen. So clean that we wanted to take our shoes off when we come in so we would not get the floor dirty. It was very impressive. Even the windows were spotless.

Ordered 2 orders of 6 pc mozzarella sticks for $7 large curly and drink paid got pulled forward and waited 30 min on my order still didn’t come out called store was rudely told that they were making the food as fast as they can.5 min later still didn’t come out called corporate left review and asked for refund left now at Taco Bell

I go to this location because it is close by my job so I will say the jamocha shake that I am fond of getting from this location I've only had it one good time that someone made it correctly to where it looked really nice the other times I don't think the person knew how to make it because it didn't look right also I am a big fan of crinkly fries and since Arby's now has them on the menu I really like to get them but for some reason each time that I have gotten them from this location they have either been old or cold the last time I got these they were old and did not taste good they tasted like they needed to change the oil.
I ordered at the drive thru the Good Burger Combo around 9pm Wednesday Nov. 28th. Got home didn’t get a chance to eat til 11pm but I got half way thru and noticed it was a raw burger. I ended up missing work today because of food poisoning. I been calling the location since 10:30 this morning after throwing up etc all morning. I had to reach out to Arbys Coporate office, to even get help or speak to someone. I never miss work and today I missed work because of this! I spent damn near $30 just to throw my food away! All ima say is if certain food items are cooked fresh to order but takes 20-30 minutes to cook, yall honestly shouldn’t be selling it because that item needs more time on the grill. You know how many raw burgers y’all really selling! If your not a burger place like the other places where they have the presser or clamp for burgers especially thicker burgers or premium meat please don’t waste people time, money and health!
