Food wasn't as good as it used to be. I got the regular roast beef sandwich deal, and was really disappointed when I got home. They were very bland and didn't have hardly any flavor.. far cry from what they used to be

I keep coming back to this Arby's as it is tasty, reasonably priced and customer service is top notch. I prefer inside dining and dislike drive thrus most of the time.... but this store keeps me driving back (and thru)

Edit: I went back today 7/18 @ 7pm because it’s so close to my house. Everybody was nice and the food was hot and fresh. 10/10 experience complete opposite of the other day.
The man that was working this location 7/9 at 9:45pm clearly did not want to be at work and definitely was annoyed by me ordering food. He made it very clear when he deep sighed into the mic. I understand he may have had a hard day at work but SO DID I and I just wanted food. I was not rude to this man. I will not be back to this location.

This is the worst Burger I've ever had anywhere anytime to include crystals and White Castle this burger reminded me of my time as a teenager working in concessions where we would stick pre-cooked burgers in a pan of water on the griddle to keep them warm and reheat the outer edges before we put them on a bun at a concession stand for high school football this burger was tougher than shoe leather and I don't eat shoe leather often it was horrible it took dental floss to remove it from between my teeth because it was so overcooked I ate it because I was hungry as hell do not buy this wagyu nasty burger it ain't no good it's garbage

Tried to go eat dinner here today at 5:30 pm and they have workers sitting inside at tables but have the restaurant doors locked and ignoring drive thru also. Disappointing! When you're open, you are supposed to be actually open not sitting around on company time and ignoring customers!
