Got chicken nuggets for grandson, roast beef meal with crinkle fries, the nuggets and fries had to be at least cooked and in warming bin for 30 minutes, stale fries and hard dry nuggets. Very disappointed, usually Arby's is good, however not tonight

Arby’s usually has an in store special posted outside! The crew who work here presently are doing a spectacular job serving up hot, fresh and delicious sandwiches! One of our very favorite Arby’s in middle Tennessee!
The service was very lacking. I didn't feel welcome at all. As a matter of fact, it seemed as if I was a bother. I was only driving through on my way to AZ. But if I lived there, I would never go back to that Arby's again.

Heads up late night this location must actually close at 10 despite everything posted. Had to wait longer for a food which didn’t bother us but you could tell the workers were trying to get us to pick other options. I’m assuming they turned everything off at 10 and only have x amount left over. As we waited for our food they turned all the lights off at 1030. I will say the person working was friendly and the food was good.

No parking for semi then CHURCH GUY real good ppl stopped us from even going to grab food to go from us truckers deliver food to every town then we can't get in to eat what we want
The Arby's in Nashville is completely different than in Johnson City. The staff were extremely rude & the food tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp all day
Parking: When you turn into the parking lot there's very little room for actually parking & the drive through isn't set up very well from a safety standpoint.
