This was the worse experience I have ever had out of all the Arby's I have eaten at in the entire United States. They stuffed old diced meat inside our sandwich which has given both that took a couple bites of the food sick ,food poison and gave us fries that were so hard couldn't chew them up.both sandwich were the same.but only got a picture of the one sandwhich cause already threw one away.DO NOT EAT HERE. THE WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER. IF I COULD RATE LOWER THAN ONE I WOULD.

Absolutely disgusting. Arby’s roast beef is supposed to be thin. Wife and I each got a sandwich tonight and it was thick chunks of meat. Consistency was gross. Tasted gross. Can’t emphasize how gross and fat chunks the meat was. No exaggeration; worst fast food I have ever had in my life.

Again, these 2 for $7 Ham and Swiss are hard to pass up BUT I almost did here. The store looks great and the employees are presentable and sociable but I walked into the bathroom before ordering and (as seen in the photo) there was some pretty clear drug paraphernalia in front of the toilet including a balloon and an entire disposable vape inside the toilet. However, I still decided to dine-in and was pleasantly surprised by the fresh food and fast service, even the fries were nice and crispy. Aside from the junkie posted at the table behind the drink machine wall else was comfy and cozy. Kind of wish the kept the sauce pumps after the recent remodel but packs are just as effective and cleaner.... Especially in this occasion.

Ordered at drive thru and car broke down. Had to wait awhile for a tow. It was hot and the woman in Arby’s was so very nice and gave us some drinks. More places could benefit from employees like her!

Thought we would try out the newly updated Arby's in Hermitage. Went through the drive thru and it took about 10 minutes to get our food. We were thinking the sandwiches were made to order, but our sandwiches were old and cold, except for the potato cakes. We got the two for $6.99. My fish was old and my fiancé's roast beef only had three small slices of beef and he asked for no cheese, but it had a big slice of cheese. Nobody listens to you these day's, especially the young kids. Unfortunately, we will not be coming back. Ps: they no longer have trash bin's outside.
