UPDATE: Management has reached and is aware of the issues mentioned here. They also clarified that the issue with the overcharge is due to a faulty QR code billing system that left our bill open allowing the next customers to charge items to our bill unbeknownst to them. Susan did not change our receipt
Waitress Susan was very rude and may have illegally changed our receipt to give herself a tip.
Every interaction Susan had while serving my wife and I was condescending and tinged with annoyance. She behaved as though she didn't want to be there and took it out on my wife.
It takes a lot for us to leave no tip. You really need to earn it. We approximated around 5 or 6 times where Susan's behavior was uncalled for. We didn't tip Susan.
A couple days later, while reconciling our credit card use, we discovered that the total charge for our meal at Arrington Bar and Grill (Nashville Airport) was higher than anticipated. After checking into it further we discovered that a tip had been added, illegally modifying the total to include a tip.
Obviously there's not much we can do about it but maybe management will see this and ask Susan to explain her behavior, both in her lack of hospitality and legally.
Perhaps the most negative and rude staff one could imagine. Just downright not happy to be there, and sure to make you feel uncomfortable for having the nerve to walk in and order. Shocking.
Worse customer service. Avoid at all cost
I've been to the Vineyard for Mothers Day and thought it was amazing. But after a quick drink in a hurry I left my prescription sunglasses. I called Rick when I got to my destination and said he would hold them. When I got back a week later Calvin had them behind the counter. Proof there are good people in the world
Lucky experience chancing on this cute winebar at BNA. Patrick lights up the room, and my food and drink were terrific (avocado sandwich, Pernicious IPA). Highly recommend if you are in need of a watering hole at the airport!
Surprisingly good for airport food! There understandably isn't much atmosphere since this is right on the concourse but the service and food was surprisingly good. Our server (Dehab?) took very good care of us and was very friendly. Ham and Swiss with fries was really good and the Prosciutto and Mozzarella with house salad was also very good. The portions were large, the food was hot and good quality. We were really impressed and happy to have found good food before boarding our plane. Thanks for sending us off on a positive note!
Great breakfast while waiting for my flight. I had some of the best pan sausage. Eggs were perfectly scrambled. One Classic breakfast plate could easily feed two people.
Angela is an amazing an person, great service and really helpful!!
Came through for work, friendly staff, good wine. As far as airport joints go this one was really solid.
Had a 90 minute wait for our flight and ordered a black cherry old fashioned from the bar…the bartender muddled an entire orange quarter in my drink. I basically had a medium pulp orange juice with some Rye. I asked her to remake it and was told she has been bartending for 21 years and that’s how an old fashioned is made. I insisted and she remade it…but it took her 10 minutes and she helped a customer while in the middle of my drink…when she came back, she had forgotten the simple syrup. Needless to say, not a good experience from an “experienced” bartender with a dive bar attitude. Hopefully the company reads this and can give her some corrective training on simple bartending and manners!

Rick is super kind. He really checks in with guests and takes care of them. A rare gem in a difficult business. Rick made my day better.
So it’s an airport so of course it’s all very overpriced.
The burger isn’t very good. In fact a quarter pounder has more flavor for less than a third of the price.
Plus it’s not very clean…… bug catcher right next to vodka.
I was excited to see a wine bar in the directory at the airport. I ordered and paid online, by scanning the QR code. The wine was a red blend, it was ok. Not really up to WA, OR or CA standards but alright for the Nashville airport. As I was sipping my wine and charging my phone, I was watching a video on my phone with my headphones, like other patrons and the bartender and waiter kept talking and looking over at me. The waiter then came by my table and gave me a look basically asking me to leave. I’m not sure why since there were open seats and other folks were also hanging out and watching stuff on their phones. I finished my wine quickly and left. I wish I didn’t tip so well but I had already paid at that point. This may not seem worth a review but I honestly haven’t felt so unwelcome somewhere before, it was super strange. Definitely don’t recommend this place. I should’ve just gotten a glass of wine at one of the other bars.
I’m Asian. Chinese, to be exact.
I sat at the table for a good four minutes without any service. Just so happened my colleague walked by and sat down for a quick chit chat, the waitress showed with the menu as his white male butt touched the chair. Even if I want to justify for her, the timing couldn’t be more perfect.
Then she took away my plate without a sorry when she accidentally gave me someone else’s food, a turkey sandwich. The customer who did order the turkey sandwich was very unpleased with the fact her food made its way onto my table. She claimed she didn’t want it anymore, even if I never touched it, even if the kitchen made her brand new one. She “doesn’t trust them”, ever since COVID.
All of this is understandable, as we all have our own quirks. Until the lady and her company spent the rest of their time there staring at me. There were time she even turned around to watch me eat.
No, none of this was restaurant’s fault but no one from the restaurant bothered to check on me once. How was my meal? Did I need anything? Sorry for the inconvenience?
Racism has evolved.
Omg ? paid and left bc I could even look at the chicken anymore. I think it was canned or something. Absolutely gross. I’m scarred. Nice and attentive server tho.
