Drove to this Casa Afran during our recent visit in Nashville Tuesday last week but we couldn't find the place. So disappointed!

Excellent and yummy food, I like the character this spot has, and the staff members were kind. I will surely come back.

The menu and service were beyond our expectations. We really enjoyed the vibes of this restaurant. Great spot to take the family out for lunch.

The farmers market is definitely a spot to check out and something different, if you're looking for a lunch. I ordered from the Mediterranean station and got chicken/beef platter, it was really good. I also sampled sushi from the only one station that offers them and those were good too. I bought a cute shirt at one of the shops to remind me of my trip to Nashville. And I had good ice cream from Jenni's.

Really cool place to start the morning in Nashville! Tremendous amount of fresh produce and baked goods! This Peach Truck donut was hands down the best donut I have ever had!

I love this place. Love it. Any time I have meetings at metro center or nearby, I try to hit this place for lunch or to pick up gifts for folks. Lots of variety. If it's end of day, I usually hit the wine bar and sample some then buy some of the bottles I've been liking. Always looking for an excuse to stop by.

3.5 I expected more stands and variety. I don't know why I'm just now venturing out to these places. Parking here is awful. Super packed and since I don't frequent this area I didn't know where else to park. Soooo made my way around the lot twice before parking. I got lucky. The food trucks here were great. It looked like they had awesome places inside the building, but I ate at a food truck. I enjoyed walking around by myself and browsing. I got a couple veggies here and there. I think I'd like to come back on a weekend to see if there's a difference.

Both times I have visited the market, the majority of the stores/restaurants inside have been closed down. When I think of a farmers market I think of an early morning (8 or 9) adventure with friends and family. At this time of day you can pretty much just get a cup of coffee. Would be nice to be able to try some foods and have more vendors open outside as well. Sad experience when you have visitors and they only get to see a building instead of the market experience. Please consider adjusting your opening times and get more vendors in that are willing to open earlier.

We had a variety of choices in food. It was a good place to eat after touring the state museum.

This is a killer farmers market. Open every day of the week, and filled with oodles of goodies. Come in preparation with canvas bags and a full wallet Come ready to wat, drink, and support local!

What a delight when we were not expecting to see anything like this! My husband and I were making our way to breakfast when we saw this and figured why not see what this place has to offer. We walked around at the beginnings of a farmer's market and was able to get some seasonings for home and to send some to friends and family. We loved the plant nursery, and explored all of the different types of fruits/vegetables/flowers that were available. We don't usually get to see a wide range of plants where we're from, so this was a blast for us. We even chatted with a local artist that we bought a birthday gift for our friends. We walked inside and music filled the air and set the mood for us. We loved the array of restaurants that ranged from wine to international foods. All of the food looked fabulous and we wished that we had more time to try them all out. The few shops inside were very local to the area. Many Nashville goodies can be found from candles to wine. We didn't mind letting our eyes feast on the wonders that were all there. I'd say, if you're not building anything too crazy about this, you'll love this place. Parking was ample for all of those that were there. I know the net time that we end up in Nashville, we will be prepared for this and cannot wait!

Got off the airplane and after checking into the hotel, headed off to the Nashville Farmer's Market. Love how this market is located in the heart of Nashville. Also love the abundance of parking in their lot fronting the market as well as in the city park adjoining the market. Enjoy the walk through the park before or after visiting the market, especially with a cup of favorite ice coffee or tea from Farm City Coffee in hand. The market itself is divided in two sections, one: an indoor section featuring many eateries, coffee/drink stands, and "Batch" gift shop filled with everything local. The outside market: has many trinkets, souveniers, gifty things on one side and the freshest of produce on the other. Picked up some of the sweetest plums and peaches. Also enjoyed the broccoli sprouts which are harvested and cut right in front of you. So delicious! Enjoyed it so much, went back the next day with my god daughter for more produce and yummie ice coffee!

We came here instead of eating downtown for a different experience. After lunch we walked a bit in the park across the street.

Was disappointed that the International market was no longer there. But they did have some new restaurants inside. The outside didn't have a lot of vendors. Seemed very empty for this time of year. Will keeping stopping in to see the new changes that are going on.
