He was hands-down one of the best bartenders I’ve ever had. Eric took the time to ask what we liked, got creative, and absolutely nailed every drink he made. Each cocktail was perfectly balanced, unique, and honestly better than the last. You can tell he truly loves what he does, and that passion shows in every pour. If you’re in Nashville and want an elevated cocktail experience without any pretentiousness, Attaboy is a must—and if you get the chance to sit with Eric, you’re in for a treat. Great experience. Be aware that you have to wait outside until seats open up, and you must provide your ID at the door. They don't have a menu, you gotta tell them what you want. My guy asked for a hurricane, and I asked for a drink with amaretto. The bartender was friendly and got me a silver fox, which was very good. Both of our drinks were $18. We went around 6 on a Saturday and only had about a 10 minute wait. We would definitely go back!

I've known about this spot for quite sometime and was finally able to make it in last time I was in town, I would highly recommend, the mixologist really know what they are doing and I like the fact that there is not a set menu per say, the bartender took the time to ask a couple of questions on what we like and don't like and whipped up some phenomenal cocktails for us, I went with a friend which was nice, but would recommend much more so for a date night.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at attaboy. We were in Scott’s section and he was incredibly kind and knowledgeable about cocktail history and the business’ history. It was a gift to have his cocktails and spend some time at such a beautiful bar. We’ll be back next time we’re in town!

Disappointed! I love this place so much but tonight they missed the mark. Upon entering the host told us he had to clear off two seats for us. He came back seconds later saying the prior guests were done but still sitting and asked us to stand at the end of the bar. We obliged. And that’s where we remained for our entire visit. When two seats did eventually open at the bar the two people that came in after us assumed the open seats and the host said nor did anything about it. He even admitted as we were leaving that those patrons “weren’t supposed to do that.” The front of house really messed this one up for us. Such a shame because as always the bartenders and cocktails were top notch. I’m a loyal customer but will need to think twice before going back or recommending to friends and colleagues.

The best part about this bar is the lack of a menu. My wife and I always want to describe drinks and see if the bartender can make them. That's 100% what this place is all about. You get into detail about the things you like and don't like and then you put a lot of faith in the bartender to create a cocktail. Both my wife and I were beyond excited with our two drinks and we can't wait to come back every time we go to Nashville.. The atmosphere was super chill and a really good date night place.
