The creamer containers look like they haven't been washed in ages. And that's right when they first opened! Shocking considering its located within Vanderbilt Medical.Never opens on time.Employees are extremely lazy, rude and careless.I seriously can't believe that this place passes health codes!!!

Staff is rude- Good luck if you get a hello! Food is prepped in the open to all customers, if anyone sneezes, you probably have boogies in your sandwich. No I am not kidding. Food is okay at best and very over priced especially for the lack of customer service received.

I bought a Turkey Wrap there today. The service was fast and it was the best wrap I've ever had.Very Fresh I may go back tomorrow just for the food , no Dr's appointment

Staff is Extremely rude! Girls behind counter rolled their eyes at me when I ordered a sandwich. Manager was on her phone yelling at someone while she rang up my food. She also snatched a bag of chips out of my hand. I've never seen a more unprofessional establishment. Very disappointed!
Most unprofessional place I have ever seen. Lazy workers, place is always dirty, food is not good, baked goods are ok, service is bad, workers hair not cover. I have to be really hungry to go there. I wish they would put another cafe there.

Not worth your time. Came at 8am on a Monday morning, and hot sandwiches were ice cold. Also pastries were not fresh. I think they just refrigerate unsold pastries at the end of the day, to be sold the next day.
