brashawn and amora are the best
Brayshon was very friendly and a great worker! This was great auntie Anne’s and our pretzels came out perfect. I would definitely recommend!
Brashawn was awesome. Great customer service. Hardest worker there!!!!!
Pretzel bites were burnt, dry and hard. Can’t believe they would even sell this!
Had an argument with this lady and she acted like she couldn't hear me. She was a short white lady with black hair She said,”Well speak up a little more” In a rude way Pretzels was hard I definitely wouldn’t recommend going to. Horrible customer service.
Just left this location absolutely disgusted and didn’t even buy anything because of the service I received. Upon entering the line, I watched the male employee glare at the disabled customer in front of me and that should’ve been my clue to run. He never said hello or asked me what I wanted. Upon telling him my order nonetheless, he thought it was a good idea to obsessively pick at his fingernails and the skin around them, completely causing me to lose my appetite. I told him never mind and simply walked away. Appalling customer service and a blatant example of what not to do as an employee in the food industry. Yuck!

My daughter and I got there 10 minutes before closing time and the young girl behind the counter wouldn’t look up at me because she was busy counting money and told me that they were closed. I informed her that the website said that they were open 10 more minutes. She said I don’t know what you want me to do but we’re closed. She then told me that I could go to the other Auntie Anne’s location. I asked her where it was, and she told me was it was on the other side of the mall. I asked her where exactly and she again said “on the other side of the mall.” I felt like management needed to know this. If I were an employer, I would not want one of my employees to be in the back of the kitchen on on their cell phone, while the other one was quickly counting money and closing early and turning away customers.

The pretzel dogs were $7, dry and didn't come with any type of dipping sauce. Paying airport prices and getting gas station quality didn't sit well with me.

Recommended dishes: Pretzel Dog
Waited in line for a pretzel and ended up getting the pretzel dogs since they were fresher and just came out the oven. I had an extra pep in my step to get to my car to eat them peacefully and when I tell you the dough was undercooked and just made the whole experience so much worse. I threw them away because I didn’t want to jeopardize myself and baby getting sick due to them trying to hurriedly push out orders!
I can appreciate the young men working hard to get the orders out, but that is unacceptable.
This was the second floor location close to Dillard’s.
